Ideal for longer-term stays, this pristine mid-century modern 4 bedroom, 3 full bath bungalow stunner with approximately 2,300 square feet of living space was recently renovated and furnished with high end pieces, so every touch will impress.

The bedrooms have luxury soft, memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix and Hulu subscription.

Relax and unwind on the living room’s plush leather sofa while viewing your favorite entertainment via the 65' flat screen smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HBOMax and Hulu subscription access for your streaming pleasure. A DVD player is also connected, so bring your favorites along. A dvd collection is available in the tv console.

The kitchen overlooks the open concept living room and has all brand new appliances including the stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove, two ovens, a deep sink, granite countertops, your choice of drip coffee maker and french press, coffee mugs, freshly ground caffeinated and decaf coffee options, creamer and sugar/sweetener options, all necessary dishes, pots, pans, pressure cooker & slow cooker, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, etc.

A beautifully-appointed dining room and two office/work areas with desks and comfortable, cushioned chairs on wheels are provided.

You have a mix of plush memory foam mattress sizes to choose from: a king in the master, queens in two guest rooms and a full (with antique bedroom set) in another guest room. All beds have fresh linens and cozy comforters. There’s also an inflatable mattress if needed.

Each bedroom has its own iron and ironing board in the closet. Your bedrooms are outfitted with blackout curtains, complimentary ear plugs and sound machines (choose from the soothing tones of rainstorm, ocean at high tide, babbling brook, white noise and more) for your use as desired, for a truly silent and well-rested night.

The bathrooms have fresh plush body, face and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash in your shower/tub combos and fresh hand soap at your porcelain sinks. A hairdryer is provided under each sink if needed.

A full size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener sheets are available for your use. Additionally, you have control over the AC/heat.

You’ll have complete and total privacy and access throughout the home. We are not on site and do not physically interact with our guests, so as to provide a completely private and relaxing experience, but we'll always be available by text via AirBNB.com.

Other things to note
The residence is professionally cleaned from top to bottom between guest stays. Moreover, there are no back-to-back reservations - we allow the residence to remain vacant after a guest has checked out to provide ample time for thorough cleanings before the next guest arrives.
