The space
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom home features an open floorplan with large kitchen, dining room area and living room with Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom includes walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, laundry room, private backyard with patio, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Other things to note

Winter season: During cold season, please make sure to leave small drip on faucets. Letting a faucet drip during extreme cold weather can prevent a pipe from bursting. The drip can be very slight. A flow of one gallon per hour is enough to prevent freezing.

Too Many Surprised and Below Standards

Barely managed to stay at that house. I suggest his WHOLE list of House Rules be post in Vrbo so they can be read as part of the rental agreement. We rented the house (which can occupy 8) so we could have a place for our grandson from DBU to hang out with us from time to time. We also knew friends from long ago were driving north to the house to have a brief visit before the 5 of us would leave for lunch. I about had a stroke when the House Rules stated only the number listed on the contract as being guest could be in the property ant any given time! Only 2 were listed because only 2 of us were actually going to be staying there to sleep, eat and bath. The management person said to tell me “no extra guest” saying they had to keep the owner happy. Finely after my breaking down they agreed to ask the owner for permission. Permission was granted for my only 4 to be on the property including us! Not 5 so technically my grandson was not to the property while our friends were there. Well, that didn’t happen! The place was dirty like it hasn’t been clean wipe more than a quick wipe in months. I won’t keep going with details but we spoke to the host about all of it. A big surprise was to find no doors on the master bath. Not to the sink area and not to the little toilet and shower area. Anyone can stand right inside the front door and she the reflection of anyone in the toilet area and shower area. To much light and no privacy without doors.

Great house, location, and very responsive owner.

Overall a great stay for my employees, would definitely book again. Clean, good location for us, and owner is very responsive.

Grand Prarie

The check in process was easy and quick. The location of the home was great for going to local parks such as Epic Waterpark. The neighborhood was a bit congested with cars. There were plenty of stores and close to the outlet mall. Not the best but not the worse!

Nice and clean

The house is in a nice neighborhood and parking is easy. The garage had room for our truck and we parked a car outside, with the truck when necessary. We didn’t eat very often at the house but the kitchen is decent. Thanks for the stay!
