Back home visit

We flew into the East Coast for our granddaughter‘s wedding on Valentine’s Day, but then drove over to the Bradenton area on the following Sunday because we used to live here. It was a convenient location for our needs and where we were used to going. would definitely stay here again. neat as a pan and cute as can be. Loved sitting on porch

I love this property. This is my second stay here at the Guest House. The hosts are great to deal with, The house is well appointed. So much better than staying in a hotel. hope to be back next year.

In town for soccer

We were in town with the kids for the weekend for a soccer tournament and this location and property were perfect. We were less than 10 minutes from the fields and grocery stores/food. The house was clean and just the right size for the 4 of us for two nights.

nice place

We had a very nice stay there for the two nights. the property owners were exceptionally kind and polite. They were very helpful in helping us come up with a way i could use the bed. The beds are really high and couldn't reach to get on the bed. so they came down and fixed the problem right a way and all was great after that. The property was beautiful and very well kept. the house was literally spotless. I give them a 100% satisfaction.

Makkah Paradise

I knew this house was going to be incredible from the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint! It was very clean, the host was very kind and had great communication. It was so peaceful having coffee in the AM...it was all just PERFECT!!!

Country feel but lots to do nearby

We had a very nice stay at The Guesthouse. Everything looked new and well maintained, and Roxanne was the best. We were only 20 minutes away from restaurants, and every night was like coming home to a cozy retreat. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfection!

The hosts were very kind, reaching out to see if we needed anything. They even provided a pan when my son wanted pot pie for dinner! The home was immaculate, the amenities were thoughtful (they even had extra toiletries in the bathroom). The only issue my husband and I had was that our cell had limited service and the wifi did not really work at the place. My son was able to access everything on his phone. But, if you are planning to use the internet for work...you may not be able to. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! We came for a soccer showcase and the location was ideal for Lakewood Ranch Premiere Campus.

Clean, cozy, and convenient?

This super cute, cozy and convenient guest house is just as its pictured. Appreciated the cleanliness, and all the little extra touches, such as the K-Cups, coffee creamer, tea, and cozy blanket for relaxing on the couch. Would not hesitate to book this place again If we return to the area. There's plenty of space and also appreciated the covered parking space in case you get caught in the rain. If you're coming in the dark just follow the link for directions and it will take you right to the driveway. Plenty of lights so you can also see your at the right place from the picture.

Perfect for Our Stay

This little house was PERFECT for our stay. The house was just as advertised, very clean, and well appointed. It was close to shopping, beach, and most importantly for us, the soccer complex (Lakewood Ranch). The owner checked in with us frequently to be sure we arrived safely, checked in okay, and whether or not we needed anything. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

We can not say enough good things about our stay. We were most impressed with the attention to detail from coffee to makeup remover pads in the bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean with a very homey feel. The location was also amazing. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Golf trip

This property is exactly what I was looking for. I played a 2 day tournament at Lakewood ranch and wanted a quiet place. This did not disappoint! The place is clean and modern and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful.

Sweet cottage with all amenities.

Roxanne was a great communicator and even brought us banana bread! A great little updated house, close to all. Everything was new in the house and kept very clean. We were there for a sad occasion in our family but coming back to the house and sitting on the porch helped us a lot. Peaceful plus we got to watch the neighbors horses in their yard across the road. Lovely!

Perfect Place to stay in Bradenton

The property is just outside of Lakewood Ranch, so it was perfect for our family to be just outside of town. The guest house and location are so peaceful and the house is a perfect size for the four of us. If I am ever back in this area, I would book with them over a hotel anytime.

Lovely guesthouse out in the country

We were working at a golf tournament at Lakewood National so the location was most important to us. The home was cozy and comfortable. One suggestion would be to add a TV with the streaming apps as the cable choices were not all that great. We didn't spend much time there so it was a minor issue for us.
