That’s not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve updated the listing to accurately reflect the bed size and will review the description and photos to prevent future misunderstandings. Guest comfort and safety are always our top priorities, and once this concern was brought to our attention, we acted quickly by coordinating professional pest control services and having the unit fully treated. We do want to clarify that there had been no prior reports of bed bugs at the property, and no signs were identified during previous routine inspections or cleans. Had any concerns been discovered earlier, they would have been addressed immediately. After this was reported, we see that you ultimately chose to extend your stay by an additional night, and we provided a full refund for your reservation as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure you were taken care of. We apologize for the wireless Internet not working well. Sometimes when several units are using the same provider, the speed of the Internet is slower than expected. Housekeeping normally provides only a certain amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and linens. Tammy, please accept our apology for the construction, sliding glass door, and the kitchen not being stocked better in this two-bed/two-bath beachfront condo in Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. As mentioned on Vrbo and Real Joy websites, "*there is construction currently taking place at the Edgewater Resort.*" We unfortunately have no control over such an issue at any resort similar to Edgewater. Hi Hal, we're sorry to hear about your experience. According to our records, you called us about the door late on Sunday afternoon 6/14 (the day after your check in) and we sent a tech to the condo to install a new strike plate on the front door the next morning. We wish you'd let us know you were unhappy about other items so we could have corrected them for you. This isn't our typical guest experience and we can do better.
