Beautiful lake views from all directions from covered patio and main living spaces.

We are booked solid except for the dates noted as available. Longer term stays preferred, Nothing less than 31 days. Message me if you are unsure!

Three bedrooms, beautifully furnished ground floor rental in the gated community of lighthouse point. Includes private garage and extra parking. Master ensuite just completed a beautiful renovation!
The main living room has a TV and fireplace to enjoy after a day in the outdoors. Highspeed Bell Fibe Wifi, smart tv and Apple TV unit included. Mail services in vacation rentals is not included.

Ensuite laundry room with included linens.

Great amenities including indoor pool, fitness, rec centre. Quick drive to the hills and walk along the lake. Everything you need for a turn-key escape any season!

****This unit get booked solid at it’s going rate and cannot be discounted. Sorry to be so blunt we are just spending a lot of time on people hunting for discounts that don’t make sense. Thanks!

Magical place to stay

Staying here during ski season was so good for my soul. The view of the water, the grounds, the access to pool, sauna and library, and this beautiful unit made it feel like we were at a retreat. And working with Carrie was a breeze, she is responsive, positive, and helpful

Expansive views, light-filled host

Gorgeous expansive views made this stay one to be remembered. Very comfortable beds and bedding and soothing decor. Our host was highly responsive to our needs. We are grateful to have gotten a taste of spirited Collingwood—a gem of a community full of kindred spirits.

Gorgeous water view at Lighthouse Point!

We had a great stay and never tired of admiring the wide lake views and morning sunrises. Stunning! Also, the condo had a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom, with a beautiful oversized shower. Carrie was a great host. She made us feel very welcome and quickly responded to any inquiries. Thanks, Carrie!

Great Ski Home Base

We stayed here for ski season 2024. Carrie is an exceptional host, so responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is great, exactly as pictured and very convenient for ski season. We loved the beautiful lake views and the place has everything you need to feel at home. 100% recommend!!

This is a very beautiful almost "zen" condo and location

The view from the condo of the morning sunrise over the lake is beautiful. I had a lovely stay. The location is quiet and everything is well kept. The three bedrooms are comfortable.Communications with the owner are excellent with immediate responses to my questions. I would recommend this property for a getaway by the lake!

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful location with a great view. We enjoyed Winter changing into Spring in comfort by a warm fireplace. Easy walking around the area encountering friendly people along the way. Lots to do in the surrounding area and convenient to shopping. The owner is super helpful and responds quickly to questions. We are going back!

We Returned!

This was our second visit to the condo and we loved it! The listing title is right on…the views of the lake out the living room window are stunning with the added bonus of magnificent sunrises. That together with a warm fireplace for those cool days make for a great experience. The condo is clean, very comfortable and is as shown in the photos. The owner is very friendly, responsive and quickly answers any questions. The grounds are well kept and have well maintained walking trails. It is close to shopping and to the delightful town of Collingwood. There is lots to do and explore in the area.

Lakefront Gem!

What a great summer month in Collingwood! Carrie’s condo lived up to all the 5-Star reviews! The condo was open, light and bright and the beds were very comfortable. The lake views from the living room were amazing and the sunrise views from the condo were a bonus! The landscaping at Lighthouse Point neighborhood is immaculate with many beautiful flowers in bloom! We used the walking path along the lake for our daily walks and found no reason to venture out and find other walking paths as we never got tired of the paths that are steps from the condo. The town of Collingwood is full of great restaurants and shops. Brunello @ 27 on Forth gets a special shoutout as we felt like we were back in Italy! Carrie was a great host; check-in instructions were clear and concise, she responded quickly to our questions. We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a beautiful, quiet location on the water! Minutes away from downtown Collingwood, Scandinav Spa and Blue Mountain Village. The condo is clean and tidy with everything provided that we needed in the kitchen. Decor is very modern and tasteful. Check in was super easy and I appreciated Carrie talking me through it to ensure I got in. Carrie quickly answered any questions I had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back, for sure!

Spring

The changes from winter to spring can be appreciated from this waterfront property. It is tucked in against the Georgian Bay winds. Morning sunrises spectacular. Owner responsive to questions. Would stay again.
