I really enjoyed this spot! Check in was easy, which was helpful because I arrived late. The room was well supplied (thanks for the coffee!), and very clean and comfortable. Im pretty sure the water pressure in the shower adjusted my spine and cleared a chakra or two, in a good way! Directions to the property were easy to understand and communication was excellent!

This was exactly what we were looking for and needed for our trip. Easy access, comfort and proximity to our fishing. It worked perfectly for us.

Totally loved it super close to the river great for fly fishing. The place was clean fully stocked. Ryan was excellent, and the process was seamless. The place was extremely clean. I’ll definitely stay there again.

My son and husband stayed here to spend time together on a guided fishing trip. They had the best time and this property was great!

Neat/Convenient/Value

The BobKat was a great place for this fisherman to stay and enjoy my time between fishing trips. It was clean, furnished with everything that I needed. It was quiet and comfortable.Deer grazing in the morning and evening in surrounding area.Know that Blue Bird Road is a good reason to drive slowly and take in the fresh air. (It’s a bumpy ride).

Shady motel that should be avoided

Hot water only lasts about 20 seconds so lots of cold showers, but the real issue was with theft by the cleaning crew. My cabin had phone chargers and a bluetooth speaker (among other small items) stolen from our room during the turndown service. I communicated this back to bobkat but never recieved a response. I would not stay here again.

Someone started to open the door the first nite we stayed stating he had booked this place through a fishing shop ..he had the same room number and access code we did....he left since we had already arrived but not a very secure feeling
