Perfect Mix of Resort and Own Place

Our family of 7 stayed here over Christmas break. It was the perfect location. The kids could swim in the pool just off the lanai as we made dinner. Resort amenities were great. Amazing pools. Dukes was great. A lot of green space for our youngest boys to run and play. Would definitely recommend this to other families who don’t like staying in hotels but love the amenities of a resort.

Our stay at this villa exceeded expectations. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with essential amenities. The location offered convenient access to a smaller pool right in front of the villa, with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and other main pools. Communication via text was promptly answered and clear throughout our visit. Overall, this property delivers excellent value and an enjoyable experience. We would confidently recommend it to future guests and would stay here again!

Luana Garden Villas

The description said the property has 3 king size beds but one of the beds are 2 twin mattresses pushed together. It was uncomfortable and not as expected.

beautiful and peaceful home

We loved everything about the home minus the internet speed and wifi. It was choppy and a bit slow when streaming and did not work o the lanai. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend for families wanting a more quiet snd less crowded experience vs the main resort area.

Nice place!

The villa was absolutely wonderful. Met all of our needs, especially the kitchen and outdoor grilling area on the lanai. Communication with the property manager could have been better. Someone was supposed to meet us upon arrival, but found out later that we were supposed to get keys from bellman at hotel. Not sure where the communication breakdown occurred. The property manager assured us that she would look into the matter. Overall, our stay was very nice!

We contact all guests prior to their arrival at the Luana Garden Villas so we may offer a personalized greeting. Our notes indicate that we spoke with you on December 29th and due to your late arrival, we instructed you to retrieve your keys from the bell valet. We then set a time to meet you the following morning at 10AM. We understand that the morning after your arrival one of our liaisons did go to your unit as previously scheduled, but due to that communication having not been received, your party was not available. Again, we are sorry we were not able to connect at this time but we hope you enjoyed the 6 flower leis we left to welcome you to Maui. We hope to see you again soon! Wonderful accommodations with everything we needed for our vacation.

This unit was so nice and clean and very spacious. Loved that it was so close to the pools, resort and beach. Having 3 bedrooms and baths made this unit perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing summer vacay

For us (mom/dad) and two teens plus two teen friends, it was the perfect setup. The condo was immaculate, functional, beautiful, and the master was nicely separate from the other bedrooms for privacy. The lanai was used all day! This is our second stay at Honua Kai and we will be back again!

Great stay. Really nice place.

Worked well for work / school remote with lots of play after 3pm. Nice area for family and remote work with 4 good independent areas.
