Prestine and comfortable town home located in the heart of the PGA Villages, a golfers paradise and home of the training of the NY Mets. A perfect vacation location, walk just a few steps to a large swimming pool. A short 12 miles to beautiful Florida beaches Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce. Close to shops, great restaurants & more. 40 miles from WPB Airport; 2 hours to Orlando Disney Parks. Very quiet, gated community. Beach chairs, towels, etc. Just bring your toothbrush!!

PGA Village Paradise

I would have given the stay all 5 star ratings except for two little things. First the pool at Castle Pines has been closed for structural problems since June, 2022. That should be communicated to the guests. Second (and we all have this) there are ghost ants in the kitchen; lots of ghost ants. I have found that liquid ant baits from Terro provide immediate and long term solution to ant issues. The property manager was wonderful. The property itself was really terrific. I would certainly recommend this property. Might make this an annual rental for visiting family during the holidays.

Great accommodations and even better host

Accommodations were wonderful in a nice community, gated and with a great pool across the street. Had everything we need for the week in the condo, and close by shopping and restaurants. Gus was a great host, helped quickly with any challenges and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

Wonderful vacation in Florida

We really enjoyed our stay at Gus's condo. It was meticulously clean, well stocked, and in a terrific community. Gus was readily available to answer our questions and seemed very gracious. We highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a quiet place for a vacation getaway. 😊

Nice Townhome with Great Location

Very Nice Townhouse. Great location near development entrance right across from pool. Beautiful views of a pond out the back and of the pool out the front. Two spacious decks/patios overlooking pond. Spacious 3 Bedroom. Reason rated a 4 instead of 5 is that it was a little dated inside. Also, being that it's the end of the peak rental season, needs some minor maintenance and cleaning. Owner said he will be addressing those items after I checked out. Bottom Line, nice place with a great location that I would recommend.

Totally enjoyable stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. House is very comfortable and perfectly situated across the street from the pool. Castle Pines is our favorite development to stay in.

Great location

Nice little house. Definitely needs some Upgrades to amenities, but that’s just a personal preference. Great communication with property manager. .

a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at this property----it was very clean, people very friendly and helpful. We were close to many restaurants, shopping and the beaches. Being a gated area, we also felt completely safe. Truly a beautiful spot!

if you like golf you are in heaven

very good but no detailed written instructions on anything like how to operate the TV ,radio, Garbage recycling, pool rules etc... Just assume that one knows how to operate. Was able to operate by trial and error.
