This property was really nice and enjoyable. Not to mention VERY CLEAN and the owners did an amazing job at communicating. It truly did make it the best trip to Barbados yet.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely villa has three good sized bedrooms and kitchen with all you need very clean. Outside the pool is great for cooling off and plenty of outdoor dining space. The only problem is the rosy can be noisy, we had two lovely weeks and would use again. The Golf Club just 5 minutes walk is welcoming to all and does great food.

Complete house, great stay!

Stayed a month at this location while waiting for my long-term rental (12+months). House is in great condition, big rooms and nice clean beds! All you need inside and out (pool too), plus communication with property owner was direct, and she helped us with everything we needed.

Bajan Family Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Goodlife cottage. The backyard patio was beautiful and each of the rooms was neat and clean. The AC worked well in all three rooms and the ceiling fan kept the property very cool. The kitchen was well equipped washer and dryer was extremely helpful since we didn’t bring ansince we didn’t bring a lot of clothing with us. Overall, we had a great day.

Beauties in Barbados

The home is exactly as is in the video and photos. It's location is next to a busy street but it wasn't a bother. The surrounding beauty is nothing short of vibrant and the neighbors are friendly. We were able to see monkeys in the trees and experience the tranquility of relaxation. We will definitely re-book for our next stay. Good for six people. Thank you Soraya.

Exceptional

The property is one of the most exceptional one's we have ever stayed in.It's a lovely clean property in a fabulous location. We were a party of 6 family and friends. The welcome pack was an unexpected extra and was very useful as we arrived late. The hosts are the most accommodating people nothing to much trouble.

Property was as described, exactly like photos. Pool was great. Very spacious, good laundry facilities. Throughout my two week stay I got on really well with the Host, who seemed like a really nice lady. However check out time was 11.00am. The cleaner turned up at 10.30am. She knocked & came in to clean, which made me feel under immense pressure to pack up quickly before time. The cleaner realised this & said she would wait outside until 11.00am. Two days later I received a message from the Host saying the cleaner said 2 hand towels are missing. I found this insinuation very upsetting as I had ensured all towels & equipment I used were washed & cleaned. There where 2 hand towels & 1 towel that I had put in the wash when I left. I was sent a barrage of messages from the Host about these 2 hand towels, even being asked that I replace them. I did NOT take & do NOT have the Host's hand towels. It got to a point where I felt I was being directly accused so I offered to buy the Host 5 hand towels. Along with asking the Host not to contact me again as I felt harassed by the multi messages being sent to me. Especially as the Host asked for me to give a review. I like to keep where I stay clean, I went out of my way to buy the Host a mop bucket as the one in the property had a hole. Not to mention leaving my travel plugs behind and NOT requesting the Host reimburse me, given they cost more than the hand towels. This turned what started as a really positive experience into a negative.

Thank you for staying at the Good Life. Im happy your stay was enjoyable. I believe in open host / guest communication and Im saddened that you considered my reaching out to you after your departure to update on my cleaners findings of the 2 missing hand towels. This is normal protocol as first line to discuss with guest should the kids have thrown into their luggage accidentally. Towels were never recovered. First im hearing of an item you left behind. You never mentioned in our different conversations. Will inquire and if still at house will be sure to have your Bajan family collect. Unfortunately several guests have passed through since then.
