Stay for the PGA

The location and price made price made this an easy drive to the Fortinet Championship in Napa. Plus it was close to local amenities and restaurants.

Everyone was very nice and helpful but the pool was closed when we arrived so we had to go next door, the pull out sofa didn’t have sheets or a blanket, and the television didn’t work (no connection).

Hello Danyelle, thank you for your review. We take health and safety very seriously and follow strict regulations to ensure all our guests feel secure and comfortable during their stay. We encourage guests to report any concerns at the time so we can address them immediately, as we are always happy to assist. If the issue with the room keys had been reported, we would have attended to it right away, and a technician will now replace the batteries to prevent further inconvenience. Our team will also ensure the graffiti in the elevator is resolved. Please rest assured that this is a very safe area, and we are committed to maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all our guests.

Fairfield

The property was good, as described. No complaints except that there was work being done replacing appliances on all the floors. It did create some disturbances though the manager cooperated with our request for privacy.
