The condo was awesome, with a direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning and out the entrance side, we enjoyed the sunset. The condo was roomy and well furnished.

Holiday

Best condo we’ve stayed in after going to Daytona area the past 8 years. Booked next year’s stay already.

Perfect

Condo was clean & roomy the location is excellent within walking distance to restaurants, shops, pubs, beach access and the views are spectacular from 14th floor. We would stay here again

Winter break

Stayed in this condo for one month and we really liked it. Had most everything we needed.

Beautiful views, beautiful home!

We stayed here for a month while working near by. Plenty of space to relax with friends or be by yourself. The beach and pool/hot tub were easy and clean. Having a garage was absolutely helpful, especially during Florida’s on and off showers. Large bath rooms and closets made it feel like home from the first day.

Excellent condo

Great location great condo. The property management was great. Responsive and kept the place nice and clean. The unit itself could use some updating in terms of towels, mats, things like that. Also the beds were not comfortable. It could be a stellar place if these things are addressed. Owner needs to invest a little bit of money in getting these things updated.

We will certainly inspect the property and see if any linens need to be replaced. We will inspect the mattresses as well but we've had many guests stay here recently and none have commented negatively about the beds. This is likely a personal preference.

The unit was in need of a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust and there was mold in the shower around the tile. The living room furniture was really not usable and we ask the leasing company about it and agreed that it should be replaced but that never happened. The garage doors on the parking deck did not work and are left open. My e bike was stolen from the parking deck and the security cameras also are not working.

It's unfortunate to see your review after knowing the facts of your reservation. The guest initally was very happy with the property until a few days in when he was upset that his unlocked e-bike was stolen. The garage door was known to be out of commission for a couple of days only while they replaced the motor. The guest was informed of this and there were also notices in the elevator. He knowingly left his e-bike unlocked and then expected us to replace it when it was stolen although he took no responsability about leaving it unlocked. After that point, he called us almost daily with small complaints and then wanted compensation for one of the couches being uncomfortable. The requests were not reasonable and only began once his bike was stolen. We feel he is leaving this review unfairly and out of bitterness regarding the bike he left unlocked and was stolen.
