This immaculate and cozy three (3) bedroom townhome is fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in High Point, NC just around the corner from the "Palladium" shopping center with many great restaurants, stores and even a movie theater. The home is situated in the very back of the development and is extremely quiet and peaceful. Near PTI airport, major commerce, High Point University, Guilford Tech, and close to the Furniture Market. You'll love it!

Great Place to Stay!

This house was everything we expected and more. We stayed over the holiday and it felt like home for my family. Will look to stay again when we return to the area.

Home away from home

We stayed a week for Junior Olympics easy acess to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with a clean pool. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Place to stay, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Gray was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend staying at this property and plan to book it again if I am ever in the area.

Great host

Gray was wonderful, very responsive and flexible. We were in the townhouse for a week, convenient location. Felt like a home away from home.

Great location

This was a great location with a beautiful townhouse. The garage was small but it can still fit a SUV. The visitors parking was close by so if there were more than two cars they can still park withing eyesight. The rooms were beautifully decorated. I would stay here again.

Good location. I’m need of TLC and Update

Good location about 15 min from HPU. Unit needs to be updated: flooring, decor, mattresses, bedding. Toilet paper like newspaper. Manager attentive.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Our family loved it here, it felt like home right away! Everything was so comfortable and lived in (meant in the best possible way), gorgeous leather sofa I could have slept on, comfy beds, good pillows and bedding, plenty of living and dining space. The deck and patio areas were very nice, although townhouse closeness is not for me long-term. Quiet neighborhood though, fairly easy to navigate and convenient to plenty of stores and restaurants. Garage is not big enough for an SUV but the driveway has plenty of room. Loved it, would stay again for sure!

Hi Jean - thanks for providing these comments. I have addressed the porch sweeping with the cleaning crew, and we will look to improve the quality of the toilet paper. We usually provide a name-brand 2-ply paper, so not sure if there was a substitution...sometime guests may purchase additional supplies if the starter supplies run out, and they might have purchased a lower grade of paper. The bugs on the ground level will also be addressed. I have not seen any pest activity myself, but they do sometimes start coming out in the springtime. I usually spray about this time of year...so I will take care of that. Thanks for staying at my townhome!

Exactly as advertised

We didn't get to enjoy this property or the surrounding area as we hoped because the reason for our visit ended up being cancelled (stupid Covid) as we were coming into town for New Years. The property is exactly as described and the owner is very quick to respond and very helpful. I hate that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the space or the town!

Hiking trail!

The condo was remarkably quiet and comfortable. Grey was very responsive and helpful and provided everything I needed to know for a comfortable stay. The sweet surprise was the miles-long hiking trail directly behind the property. Overall, a great retreat from the stress of a family emergency. One caveat, basic cable only: no ESPN or premium channels.

Nice property and very quite neighborhood

We stayed at the property 8 days. Very quite location and easy access to the main roads (including 40). Townhouse contains all necessary amenities for a long term stay. Property manager was very attentive and communicative. Our only concern was beds. Mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and resembled sleeping on the ball (probably was overused). We ended up staying in the second bedroom on the 3 rd floor. Mattress was in the better condition but not great either. We didn’t try bedroom downstairs.

NC visit

The townhouse was very comfortable, well stocked, quiet and was in a good location for our needs. Gray was quickly responsive and very pleasant to deal with. It met all our expectations and would definitely stay here again.
