The "Loft at Sewanee" is a tranquil apartment near the University of the South.

This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate 2nd-floor entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchenette and laundry allow guests to stay comfortably for a week or more.
No pets are allowed inside the apartment for allergy reasons, but we have a covered 12x4 feet kennel that can accommodate dogs and cats.
For your safety and security, there is a video camera monitoring the parking lot.

Perfect for Our Sewanee Weekend

The Loft was clean and comfortable. The location met our needs nicely. It is close to campus in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to miles of hiking/biking trails. The owner was always responsive and friendly in all our communications.

Great weekend stay

Convenient and comfortable. This is a great spot for two people- very close to Sewanee campus. Plenty of details to make our stay more enjoyable. Other than a small snafu with check in- we had a seamless visit. Would certainly recommend and would love to return!

Fabulous spot!

The apt is even nicer than the pictures and the location is both wooded and near everything. The hosts were available to answer any questions and the kitchen was great to use. Highly recommend!

A comfortable and clean stay on the mountain

Great place to stay while visiting your college student or staying on the mountain for hiking. Bonus, a wager and dryer in the unit if you needed one.

Great spot

Very nice location for a weekend visit to the University of the South. Quiet apartment. Very clean with nice extras like tea, nice towels, and a multi charger to name a few. Very responsive property managers. Perfect for two adults.

Sweet Spot

Always enjoy staying at this lovely apartment that is so convenient to everything on campus and a short drive to town. It is well appointed with all one needs for a most comfortable stay. Parking is easy and there are many places to walk and hike nearby. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We feel blessed when we are able to stay here.

Romulus was an incredible host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the loft was a wonderful place. Romulus was phenomenal at answering any and all questions in a timely manner. I would love to rebook!

Perfect Pad in Sewanee

We were so thrilled to return to this lovely apartment for our parents' weekend in Sewanee. The accommodations are perfect for our needs. Space is thoughtfully laid out with a kitchen, living room area, upgraded bathroom and even a washer and dryer! The hosts are very communicative and provide yummy coffee and teas, along with other basics if you want to cook. We also enjoyed the use of the bike rack outside. We love the location --- close to all the activities on campus and gorgeous neighborhood. We look forward to another future stay.

Comfortable loft apartment near university farm

Comfortable loft in quiet neighborhood near Sewanee University. There’s a sidewalk path that passes the equestrian center, goat fields, and greenhouses.

40th Reunion.

Enjoyed my stay! Apartment is clean, comfortable, private and well equipped. Location is excellent and very close to campus. Romulus is a very responsive and gracious host. I will be back!

Wedding weekend stay

Very clean and perfect space for us to attend a wedding at Sewanee! Minutes from all of the wedding venues and perfect spot for starting a 2 hour hike one morning. Would love to visit again and would definitely try and book this property!
