This is a newer condo (2006). It is newly up for rent and very nicely maintained. Comfortably sleep 6. King size bed in the master. Bunk beds, with additional trundle bed in the guest bedroom. Pull out couch in the living room.

We're centrally located in the Winter Park area, close to Grand lake, Lake Granby, Rocky mountain national park, and all that the mountains have to offer, be it skiing/snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or kayaking.

2 bathrooms, one in the master and one in the main hall. A dining room table that seats 6-8.

A comfortable living room with a gas burning fireplace, and a pull out couch.
The unit does have cable and internet. One car heated garage.

All the amenities you will need ie. coffee maker, microwave, oven, full size washer and dryer, hair dryer, and more...

On the free Winter Park shuttle route. Which also stops at the Amtrak Fraser Station about 2 miles away.

We're less than 15 minutes from the slopes at Winter Park.
5 minutes from grocery stores and downtown Fraser.
Less than 10 minutes from the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, bowling alley, and movie theater.

Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM. Please remove your shoes inside the house. There is an old school locker at the entrance for your shoes.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony. $200 fine for smoking in the units. $50 fee for missing parking pass.

Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Ditti’s condo. It was a beautiful two bedroom condo in a very nice and quiet location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was well appointed. Ditti was very responsive. We stored our bikes in a one car garage. We enjoyed bike rides, hikes and fly fishing during our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Pet Friendly AND Nice!

Rarely do you find a rental that allows pets and is a very nice place to stay, but this is it. It was clean (and I'm allergic to even my golden doodle dog), cozy - love the fireplace, the beds are the best I've ever had in a rental, we love the location and always look to stay in this area, the garage was a bonus when it snowed, nice touches throughout especially the phone chargers and extra blankets. Didn't use the pull out but slept our 4 so comfortably. And the owner is very accommodating as one of us realized we had the parking pass after leaving, and is letting us send it back. I will definitely be back.

Bike adventure

Perfect place for all of Fraser and Winter Park. Easy bike ride to the resort and all the trails, gravel roads, etc. the garage was so great to have!

Good for long stays

We stayed here for 30 days. Kitchen well stocked with quality kitchen tools, dishes, and excellent gas stove. Gas fireplace worked well. Owner was very accommodating.

Nice Getaway

Birthday Ski-a-palooza

Wonderful location for skiing, both alpine and Nordic. Central location close to restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to trails for hikes or walking our dog. We enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to our next stay.

The place did not disappoint!

We wanted a nice place to take the family skiing for Christmas that was close to the slopes, shopping, dining and wouldn’t break the bank. This place checked all the boxes and we had a great experience! Looking forward to next time!

Family ski vacation

Wonderful condo. Location was close to Winter Park Resort and Snow Mountain Ranch. We enjoyed the trails around the property with our dog. Fully equipped and wonderful communication with host. Would stay again!

Great stay

This condo was super close to the Safeway and central to Winter Park and activities in Granby but it was tucked away and away from the hustle and bustle. The owner was top notch and very responsive and kind.

Great Property

Winter Holiday

Loved this spot. The location was wonderful and easy to get to Winter Park by driving or on the free shuttle. So many other things to do. So enjoyed our cozy condo especially the fireplace.

Easy, Comfortable, & Convenient

Not only was Ditti a perfect, congenial and responsive host and his condo stocked with every conceivable item you forgot to pack, those important conveniences we’re surpassed by the enjoyment of the mountains. Surrounded by trees and vistas at every turn, the towns of Frasier and Winter Park were feasts for the soul. Ditto’s condo is on the purple bus line, making slogging with gear somewhat effortless. There were trails for the dogs, and a garage for the car. The condo was clean, and it was a comfortable home-away from-home for the teens, dogs, and adults. 100% — a lovely place to enjoy the forest, trails, and the slopes. We’ll be back!!!

Peaceful Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for they three of us plus our fur babies. They felt right at home. Everything was as pictured and described. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we even were able to see a fox one morning just strolling around the property. The host was very responsive to any questions we had about our stay and was always available when completing our planning and visit. We will be back for sure, hopefully sometime soon.

Lovely Autumn Get-away

My husband and I decided at the last minute to go to Grand County for the weekend. This was a very nice condo on the 2nd floor. Check-in went smoothly and the bed was soft and cozy. An added perk I didn't know about until me and my dog went exploring is there are some paths directly in front and to the side of the property. We went exploring on the well defined paths and felt very safe because we still had some houses in sight and the road was never far away.

Perfect month long stay

We stayed here for a month. The condo had everything we needed. It is close to hiking and biking trails. The grocery store is very close as well. The owner made sure we had everything we would need for our extended stay and to be able to work from the condo. It was absolutely perfect! We were sad to have to leave.

Great staycation

Our family stayed here after a busy day on the mountain at Winter Park. Great location, value, cleanliness and convenience. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a software engineer, originally from India but my family immigrated to California in 2006. After living in California and Arizona, I've moved to Denver in 2016 for my love of the outdoors, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
During the winter I snowboard every weekend that I can, and volunteer as an adaptive Snowboard instructor, mostly working with injured military vets, and children with special needs.
During the summer I backpack, kayak, fly fish, hike and travel as much as possible.
In May 2013 I hiked to Mt Everest Base Camp and hope to be back in the Himalayas soon.

I bought this condo to be able to enjoy the mountains as much as possible. It is centrally located in Grand county, close to several lakes, between two ski resorts Granby Ranch and Winter Park, close to plenty of mountain biking, fly fishing and hiking spots.

I love that we're on the Winter park bus route, which make it so convenient to get to the mountain and not have to worry about parking. We're in a great spot for access to Rocky Mountain Park in the summers.
