The house sleeps a maximum of 17 and is perfectly situated near Lake George and Saratoga and close to endless entertainment, outdoor adventure, culture and food options. The perfect choice for your Adirondack getaway, ski weekend, holiday gathering, family reunion, and summer vacation.

Spectacular retreat on 9 manicured acres in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls, 25 minutes to Saratoga, 15 minutes to Lake George, 45 minutes to Gore Mountain.

Enjoy the private luxury lifestyle this home affords with 9 bedrooms and 8 baths on 3 levels of living. Gorgeous chef’s kitchen with all you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, relaxing living areas with gas fireplaces. Elegant formal dining room opens to peaceful sun room that leads out to amazing outdoor entertaining area! Pool, hot tub, poolside gazebo, plenty of lounging and seating areas, outdoor kitchen, large fire pit, koi pond, and lighted basketball and pickleball court!

Winding staircase brings you upstairs to 4 king sized master bedrooms (3 with en suite baths), 1 queen, 2 full and 1 bunk bed. The main floor has a twin bedroom with a full bathroom. Bottom floor has a game room with bubble hockey, foosball, cozy den and a bar with a pool table, fire place and TV. Second game area is in garage with ping pong table, arcade basketball game, giant Jenga, and lots of games to choose from.

Kid friendly - Portable crib, high chair, toys, games, exersaucer, plastic dishes are all available for you to use! Playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures to keep the kids busy and happy for hours. Lighted basketball and pickle ball court with rackets and balls. Lots of space to run and play in a quiet and lovely neighborhood within walking distance to Crandall Park - which has lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, professional disc golf course, and trails to walk thru.

We supply all of the things you will need for your stay...linens, pool towels, soaps/detergents, etc. We can recommend local personal chefs and caterers to make your stay even more relaxing!

**Summer time (July - August) rentals a minimum of 7 nights - Saturday to Saturday.

The heated pool is open from end of May through early October. The hot tub is open year round - perfect for after a day of skiing or evenings under the stars.

We had a wonderful extended family vacation. The house and yard were beautiful. Having a pool and a playground on the property was fantastic for the grandchildren. Also all the indoor activities provided made for some wonderful evening game time. The accomodations were more than comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Alot of beautiful memories to be cherished!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the amenities and various gathering spaces both inside and outside this stunning home. There was something for everyone including a playground, basketball and pickleball spaces, fire pit, and the pool. Also, it was about a 15-20 minute drive to Lake George itself where we enjoyed a few meals at waterfront restaurants and had fun on the water. We rented a pontoon, jet skis and did some parasailing over several days. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation!

We had a lovely time at this house, but we felt it was priced a bit too high given the advanced age of the property. It was a very cozy spot and a convenient home base for a few families with young kids visiting Lake George.The swimming pool in the backyard was wonderful. Only issue was that the host initially had the heater locked down to only run 12 hours a day. While they did come over quickly when we called and adjusted it so it would run 24/7, it then still took until our 3rd day for the pool to get over 80 degrees. Playground was great — kids had a blast, lots of fun stuff to climb on. Could’ve done without the big koi pond next to it drawing all the mosquitos.While there were plenty of bedrooms for a large group like ours, it’s an old house and has a bit of a wacky labyrinthine layout. The bedroom I stayed in had very creaky floors and a lumpy mattress that needed replacing a long time ago. No fans in the two separate bathrooms I tried showering in made it kind of humid. Minor complaints that I guess are par for the course for an old house, but I generally was a little too uncomfortable this weekend for how much we were paying.

Fantastic Experience

The grounds are breathtaking and the neighborhood is quaint and welcoming. Our entire party will be looking forward to visiting this spectacular party again in the near future. We could not have had a better week and our host, Susan, was accommodating in all regards.

Cozy luxury

Beautiful house. It is a very cool huge home with so many great features and classic finishes. But it has been updated and furnished to feel modern and cozy too. We loved it and hope to do it again next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was the perfect house to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The pool, playground, game rooms and basketball court provided plenty of options to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property yet there was also lots to do in close proximity if anyone wanted something else. The house is beautiful and spacious with ample room to accommodate all of us. We had a fantastic time and hope to stay at this mini resort again in the future.

Awesome home

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for our party of 8 adults and 7 children. The kids did not want to leave the property as the home contained everything and anything we could possibly need. The owner was wonderful. Everything was great.

Perfect home for a family 70th birthday celebration

This was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our three daughter’s and their families. It had everything one needed. There was ample space for the four grandchildren, ages 6-9, to spread out to play and for the adults to gather for quality sibling time. Communication was excellent with Susan and very prompt. We created wonderful family memories and hope to come back when the entire grounds can be enjoyed. It is very convenient to many things.

Erin's 40th Birthday Celebration

The house and property were both amazing! Our host Susan was always available to quickly answer any questions or concerns. The house could not have been more perfect for our 30's themed Murder Mystery Dinner that Erin's Sister and Cousin spearheaded and hosted. We all loved the house and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations provided. It was a huge plus that linenes, towels and paper products were in the house as well as plenty of coffee! I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering renting a house in this area!

An amazing family vacation

This house had everything we needed. It has the feeling of complete privacy with the benefits of having everything you might need in close proximity. We walked some mornings to downtown Glen Falls and it was under 30 minutes to get to Lake George or Saratoga. Some days we didn’t even leave the property and just relaxed by the pool or in the sunroom. Kitchen is gorgeous and the house was stocked with everything we needed. So much space and different rooms to enjoy. We even had a private chef come in and cook for us one night. Susan was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this home…it was perfect for our extended family vacation.

We stayed as a group of 17 (6 adults, 11 children aged 7–17) and the house was fantastic for a big family gathering. It really feels like a much-loved family home that's lived in, rather than just a rental — it has everything you need. The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the thick carpets are a lovely touch. Air conditioning was great throughout, and the house was very clean.The heated pool was a great size and the jacuzzi was excellent — both were huge hits with the kids and adults alike. The fire pit with free wood was a wonderful bonus for evenings together, and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor social spaces, which made it easy for a big group to spread out.The host was friendly and communicated really well throughout our stay. They were also very generous with towels, toilet roll, and washing tablets, which made a big difference for a group our size.One small note: a sound system/connectivity for music would be a nice addition, though we understand that can be tricky given the neighbours.Overall, a brilliant house for a large family holiday — we'd happily stay again.

We stayed here from June 11–16, 2026 with a large family group — 15 adults and two toddlers — and the house was a great fit. The property is beautiful, but what really made it work was how much there was to do without having to leave.The pool was a big hit, and the toddlers loved the playground and the pond (with Koi and frogs). The adults used the pickleball court, basketball court, ping-pong, gazebo, firepit, throughout the stay. There was enough variety that people could split off and do their own thing, and it never felt like we were on top of each other. It also helped that there were plenty of indoor and outdoor options, so the weather wasn’t a big issue (although it was mostly good).The house itself is huge and has a lot of character. It's a charming older property, but it has been updated and furnished so it still feels comfortable and current. It was clean, the listing was accurate, and check-in was easy.Susan was excellent to deal with. Communication was prompt and clear, which makes a big difference when coordinating a group this large.We also appreciated the smaller things: pool towels, plenty of toilet paper, bath products, paper products, and a well-stocked kitchen with good-quality cooking utensils and dinnerware, unlike many rentals.Overall, this was a perfect place for our family gathering. Everyone had something to do, the house gave us plenty of space, and the whole stay was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property in great location

We had an amazing time at Susan’s estate which was comfortably entertained 15 kids and adults for the week. The property is wonderful and was everything we could have asked for in a location to host our family reunion. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family Fun!

We had a wonderful time on property. The outside is great….we all enjoyed the pool and Playground. So much fun. Property manager is awesome… super responsive to any question we had. Had the cleaning people (Nicole and crew) come extra days to help out and they were also fabulous. And we had Susan Garth of Susans Natural Kitchen prepare some meals for us….all of which were amazing! All in all, awonderful two weeks.

Great House and Vacation Near Lake George and Saratoga

I have been hosted hundreds of guests over the last 10 years since I first set up a short term rental in an apartment above the coffee shop I managed in Carrboro, NC. I then set up and managed 5 homes in the Chapel Hill area and have worked hard at maintaining my super host status. I moved to Upstate New York in 2017 and am continuing my love of hospitality and hosting short term rentals in the Adirondacks. I am an artist, singer, event planner, decorator, and world traveler. I have stayed in short term rentals all over the world and am passionate about guests having an exceptional stay in my properties.
