The cottage is perfectly situated and is comfortable and homely.We were very happy here for one month and sad to be leaving.

Recommended. The property is a 3 minute walk up a slope to the fabulous old town of Vence. It is a quiet location a stones throw away. On the north side of town, the property is spacious and suitable for a couple wishing to explore the town and the surrounding region. The hosts are very friendly and available (& very funny too). Parking is available near the property and a small vehicle is preferable to park on the roads near. We managed to park our hire car (a midsized SUV) inside the secure gates although the entrance is quite tight.The gardens are lovely and comprise a terrace and garden which contains a beautiful sculpture fountain and nice planting, providing a nice spot for a drink or food outside. Whilst it would be true that the adjoining property could overlook from the corner of their balcony and their entrance door, this was never a problem and well shielded with planting.The property is essentially the upper floor of a two storey property. Both accommodations are served by entirely separate entrances and we certainly didn't hear inside the property (or indeed outside) any noise from the residents downstairs.We had a few mosquitoes early in the stay that plug in repellants discouraged. The furnishings are very comfortable and the bed particularly was very good.Bathroom was well fitted with plenty of towels and a decent shower.The views from all rooms overlook the beautiful surrounding northern hills and are lovely during the day and night.

Lovely cottage with fabulous views and fully stocked. Natacha was exceptionally helpful during our stay. She even came by when my partner wasn’t feeling well. Be advised there is no parking although there are 2 parking lots nearby. The open lot at Parking Piscine is easier and much less expensive than the Toreille garage. Both, and the town center, are uphill from the cottage which we managed very well but could be an issue if uphill walking is a challenge for guests.

Great place to visit. Vence is the perfect town near the beach and close to Nice and Monaco. A hidden gem that is worth a retun visit.

Lovely cottage right outside the city walls of the lively town of Vence. What this intimate cottage lacks in space it makes up for in character and in captivating views of the surrounding hills. There’s a surprising number of sites to see in Vence and numerous pastry, cheese, and meat vendors for those who enjoy a home cooked meal while traveling!

Tout à été à merveille et il a fait beau. Le site est agréable, paisible. Près du centre historique (à un jet de pierre).

Nous avons passe un merveilleux sejour. Très tranquille et au calme. Le seul petit probleme est le parking pour la voiture mais nous avons toujours trouve a une distance raisonnable un endroit ou nous garer.

Super gite à recommander

Très beau gite, propre, bien placé, tout se fait à pied dans VENCE. Très bel accueil attentionné par David. Une envie de revenir. A recommander pour celles/ceux qui souhaitent découvrir l'arrière pays. C et F.ROBIN
