Exquisite views and very clean. Wonderful hosts! For the price, a king size bed with a place to hang close in the bedroom would have been nice. For longer stays i would like to have been able to cook meals instead of eating out. My bad for not understanding what a “kitchenette” didn’t have.

Wonderful! Great view, I was always looking for the eagle’s. Also not far from town. Easy to get to everything. The host’s were very accommodating.

Great place, thanks. Convenient location directly between Marine Hwy Ferry terminal and the Juneau Airport. That worked out well for us. We just had to Uber into Juneau for that visit which was a short ride and had great views of the Bald Eagles in the coastal trees, Wow. Your place is quiet, clean and comes with a nice view. Thanks again for allowing us to share your place and keeping in contact with us.

This property is a gem. The location is unbeatable! The huge windows look out to beautiful Auke Bay. Walking on the beach and checking out the tide pools in low tide to find treasures is a joy. Checking out the gigantic yachts anchored just off the shore is a treat. The property is close to everywhere we wanted to go. Josh was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. The space is simple, yet clean and inviting. We hope to return.

Lovely stay overlooking beautiful Auke Bay

House was clean and comfortable, very cozy on rainy days, enjoyed the short walk down to a nice little beach area— very convenient to Mendenhall and lots of gorgeous hikes. Def try the halibut fish and chips at nearby Sandbar.

Best time ever

Juneau was amazing! The property was so gorgeous!! You are able to walk right down to the water and throw a pole in. Within a couple of casts I caught a lingcod! There is so much wild life around and you are in a perfect location for whatever you're looking to do!

Two words: THE VIEW

The property is clean and serene! Josh was readily available and helpful. The location is easy access to downtown as well as the brewery and other "to be seen" areas down the road. When not out exploring, just sitting on the sofa enjoying the view and a few bald eagle sightings was spectacular and relaxing.

Eagle watching

Myself, my husband and my father enjoyed morning coffee while watching eagles from the kitchen table every day. Summer solstice here in Juneau with amazing weather. Whales out in the bay. Hiking close by. We did a sea plane ride with Ward Air over the glaciers. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Spectacular water views

Communication with Josh was fantastic--instructions were clear and he responded quickly. He even met us when we arrived and advised us on the best walking trails! The cottage was immaculate. The views of Lynn Canal were spectacular. My wife even saw a whale (or large porpoise) from the window while we were there! If you're looking to stay in Juneau, grab this property if it's available...I guarantee you will love it!

This was a great spot! It is an upstairs apartment, reached by outdoor stairs. There’s a huge spacious living room with great couches, well equipped dining area, two bedrooms with very comfy beds, a small/handy kitchenette area, and a basic bathroom. Note that it has lots of big windows with views of the harbor, and trees right outside with eagles perched in them. :) There’s no stove but it looks like there’s a nice grill out on the deck, for cooking, plus theres a microwave etc indoors. The host, Josh, is a SUPER nice guy, very responsive and helpful. Lovely little stony beach below the house. There’s a beautiful new house going up on the shore, which alters the view but it is still beautiful, and soooo peaceful. We had a great time there!

Host was great! If we needed help with something, he helped anyway he could. Even though the place doesn't have a traditional oven, it has an electric griddle, toaster oven, microwave, and the grill has a side burner. Bedrooms have blinds to help with sleeping but the living room is wide open with lots of windows. There is a house being built in the viewing area but you can see around it. Tons of bald eagles fly around the property.

We enjoyed our tay at Molly and Josh's immensely. It has beautiful views and was very close by to all of the events we had for our conference. Even our several jaunts into Juneau were quick and easy from the flat. Since we had meals at our conference, the basic kitchen was all we needed. We wish we had had more time just to sit and enjoy the views from the windows of eagles, the water, and the sunsets. A truly lovely spot!
