Spacious, charming one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath Mid-Century house within walking distance to restaurants, shops and park in Downtown Paso. Newly remodeled, California ranch style 1950s house is on a double lot with tons of space in front of and behind the house. Seasonal pool to beat the hot Paso summers and deck in back yard offer lots of different options to enjoy the quiet surroundings. It's the perfect place for a relaxing midweek or weekend getaway to wine country!

There are 2 surveillance cameras outside of the house - one on the driveway and one facing the pool. They are for everyone's safety. Please email owner with any questions. Paso Robles Permit # STR19-0139

All essentials were in the home very clean near to shops nice and quiet residence pool was enjoyable although cold worked great because it was over a 100 during our stay highly recommend host excellent communicator no troubles at all nice amendments perfect for 4 adults & kids would love pool

We had an amazing stay. We had a family wedding over the weekend and the property worked perfectly for our family. We loved being able to walk into town for coffee and breakfast and the farmer's market was a treat.

Good space in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, etc. House has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook.

Cute and comfortable mid century modern house. Short walk to town and our favorite coffee shop Spearhead Coffee. Our group was surprised with the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee. As a first time VRBO guest we were pleased and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The layout and space were ideal for our group of five, and communication with the owner, Jordan, was excellent. The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the town square—and perfectly located for easy access to shops, restaurants, wineries, and more. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was an incredible communicator—always responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of six. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do. This is probably one of the few properties with a pool that’s close to downtown. Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay

We loved the Winemakers home. Perfect place to stay with our friends. Close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to dinner in the nice weather and a great hub from which to visit several wineries. The weather was too cool for the pool but that would be nice in the summer.

Labor Day get away!!

We had a great time!! Great location for a morning walk, a walk to the square and close to so many wineries. The host was awesome, easy to work with and responsive. Will most definitely stay again!!!

Great home / location - walking distance downtown Paso

Lovely spot to stay! We loved how close this was to downtown Paso (walking distance!!) and how easy it was to get an Uber / Lyft if we needed to go farther out. Comfy bed and lots of space to hang out and relax in. I would DEFINITELY stay here again :)

Wonderful Stay! Great location.

This was the PERFECT place for a fun weekend away with sisters. The location was great to downtown, the house was clean and spacious. Plus the pool was a nice touch. Jordan was wonderful and had great communication. Highly recommend staying here!

Sisters Getaway

Great house with all the amenities and perfect location. We sat in the backyard drinking coffee, hung out in the pool, went wine tasting and walked to town for dinner at some fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Perfect location for a couple of days with friends enjoying the food and wine Paso has to offer. The addition of the pool was a great way to cool off during the hot summer months. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Fabulous home to rent in Paso

Jordan, the owner, was proactive in reaching out to me about my stay and provided recommendations for dining and wine tasting. The home was clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located close to downtown. Definitely a great rental!

We fell in love with the style of this house and its proximity to downtown. It needed a lot of work to remodel it, however we knew it would be a place we'd like to share with family, friends and those wanting a fun relaxing getaway to Paso wine country.
