Location was quiet and a little further from the UT campus than we anticipated....but, still very walkable. There is a Park and some local restaurants close. You can find everything you need within walking distance if you are willing to get a little exercise!

Exceptional property that is clean, well appointed, perfectly located, super quiet and very comfortable. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive and stocks the freezer with multiple breakfast options. This is my second stay at this property and it does not disappoint. I will definitely stay again.

This beautiful home is close to UT, but it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, but also minutes away from restaurants and cafes. I appreciated the comfortable beds, alarm system, and late check out. I will definitely be staying here again.

A Spotless, serene and tranquil location that is beautiful, and conveniently located to the UT Austin campus as well as groceries and cafes and includes dedicated parking spaces. I highly recommend this VRBO as a definite 5 star location that we would love to return to.

2/10 Terrible

No le gustó: Comunicación
This was our second time to stay at this property and we really were disappointed. There was an initial billing error that we are still waiting on clarification from VRBO, And, we had an issue with the door code upon arrival that got fixed. However, the issues continued from there. We had NO hot water the entire stay. When we first noticed the problem, it took the host 3 hours to respond. We walked back from campus in the dark to find people moving in/out of the property without our authorization. This unauthorized entry by the owners wife and a "friend" had us concerned for our safety and privacy. The following morning we were informed that we would not have hot water for the entirety of our stay. Obviously this put a big damper on our campus visit and combined with the other issues: billing discrepancy and unauthorized entry into the property while we were not present...really made it difficult to leave a favorable review. We hope this doesn't happen to other families and the host improves on communication and doesn't fail again on following VRBO's rules when it comes to essential utilities and unauthorized entry.

Convenient Location

This place is very spacious and conveniently close to the University. Although, it’s close to the hustle and bustle of university life, this area is surprisingly calm and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay at this place when visiting our daughter.

Nice easy stay

This was probably the cleanest VRBO property we have ever been in. Everything was nice and tidy, floors clean, kitchen was well-equipped. It was also very nice to have some easy options for breakfast in the freezer that the kids really enjoyed. Instructions were simple and clear (no 20-point checkout process), and the host responded to our questions efficiently. We would recommend this property.

Great location. Great place

We came in to watch a football game and, while our team didn’t do so great, the house was perfect. Great location, we walked to the game with no problems. We were able to get in without any problems and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely come back.

Clean and cozy!

We had a great time spending the weekend here. The house is modern and beautiful, and it was immaculate when we arrived. Despite the proximity to the highway and UT, the neighborhood is very quiet and had plenty of parking. And Carlos was a great host- he has a binder with all of the details that you need to know, was very responsive for all our questions, and got us a welcome gift. I'd definitely stay here again.
