Enjoy this quiet, cul-de-sac location in our cozy ski condo with garage parking. A 3 minute walk to where you can click into your skis and ski to Eagle, First Time and Three Kings Lift. Walk the other direction and catch a free shuttle to enjoy Park City's Historic Main Street, most other Park City locations or Deer Valley Ski Resort. You can also walk to Silver Star Lift and enjoy Silver Star Cafe and Ski shop with live music in the evenings.

*Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower combo)

*Family Room/Dining: Cozy gas fireplace, lounging and plenty of room to relax. Dining table with seating for 6 and addition bar stool seating. The condo has basic cable.

*Kitchen: Stocked with all the necessities to cook meals

*Garage: One inside garage parking space large enough for a car or small SUV and one outside parking space for anything larger

***As of Sept 2023- the hot tub is no longer working and we are unable to replace it due to current HOA regulations.

*Must be able to climb stairs. This is the bottom unit of the upper condo

*Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide fans to help cool the condo.

This condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 3 minute walk to access an easy run down to the lower base at PCMR.

Close to the Silver Star lift and the Silver Star Cafe, adult and child friendly!! Enjoy a ski shop, ticket window and live music on the weekends.

Bus stop located 3 walking minutes away. Take the bus to upper Park City Mountain Base, Historic Main Street or to the Transit Station where you can hop on another bus going anywhere in Park City.

2 Parking spaces are available at this condo. One car or small SUV space and one space for anything larger.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
