Brand new Modular Farmhouse, private, 40 acres, Mountain views, Cartecay River access on property, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Fully stocked (appliances/utensils/cookware) kitchen. Plenty of parking, sitting areas outside, grill, and tons of space with views. Minutes away from apple houses (Ellijay is famous for apples). Still in process of decorating, etc.. Will be available for rent starting October 1st. 2 night minimum. No pets or smoking. More details to come.

Awesome place!

We had the BEST time at this beautiful home! Everything was set up so nicely and extremely clean! Close to some local wineries and downtown! It was perfect!

Nice fall getaway

We were just looking for a little time out from bustle of everyday life. Rained all weekend so we just hung around the house, would love to come back in the summer.

Very cute

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. The property was beautiful. My issues would be that there are a lot of spiders, hot water was hard to come by and the Tv situation ( if you wanna watch a football game) is difficult. The location is great! Very pretty and quite.

So glad you all had a great time! The house is brand new and I have seen a few “granddaddy long leg” spiders. We have now sprayed for that. As for the water, the home comes with features that protect against scalding and we may need to adjust that. The TVs are smart TVs so as long as you have apps with accounts it shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you for the feedback!

Amazing views and charming home

We arrived at The Farmhouse and immediately fell in love with its rustic charm and gorgeous views! The home is well appointed and has a cozy living space and a kitchen to host people with you very easily. The views out of the windows do not disappoint. We had hoped for some fall foilage but we were there a bit early. It rained almost the whole time we were there so we didn't use the firepit but we did have the patio door open and enjoyed a gentle breeze and the sound of the falling rain. Lots of musical sounds of nature here and you won't see a neighbor around. This home has a king bed in the primary bedroom, two other bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and one more bedroom with twin beds side by side. Two full baths and a half bath. Plenty of room for a large family or a great place for a girlfriend weekend. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Jessica’s place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is specious and sits on a beautiful piece of land with a lot of nice trails close by. The beds are comfortable. Big master suite. Very cozy living room with a huge tv, very nice kitchen area had no problem cooking there for all six of us. In short, we would definitely come back.

Great place!

The house is lovely. The host provided lots of extra touches (candles, throws, stocked kitchen). She also had some essentials stocked (toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.). We had a fabulous time with lots of room for the family. The water could stand to get a tad warmer, but we loved the experience! The fire pit was awesome.

Wonderful in Every Way

We booked this lovely home to stay at during Christmas. We wanted to make it a bit more special this year and this house was perfect. The house was decorated so lovely! Jessica is a very attentive and thoughtful host. The location is beautiful and you feel like you are right at home as soon as you arrive. The home is on a big property so there was plenty of space for our kids to run around and have fun outside. We even saw some deer! Will definitely be staying here again.

Exceptional in Ellijay‼️

Thank You for an Ah-Mazing STAY‼️ Everything was well thought out. From the crock pot to the can opener for our cranberry sauce to the brush to spread butter on the bread 🙌🏽 We even used the mixer for the shredded buffalo chicken dip. There were sooo many amenities and they were perfect! We only wish we could stay another week 😩! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING‼️
