The house and property was a delight. The hosts put much thought into their guests' comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub, game and media rooms added to the fun of our stay. What we took the greatest pleasure in was simply watching the lake and wildlife. A wonderful place and we hope to return. Thanks!

Beautiful home in an amazing location! We spent time hiking (did Crater Lakes hike), hanging out in Blackhawk, and just hanging out at the house in the lake, playing all the games in the garage, and enjoying the hot tub. Would definitely return!

One of our favorite VRBO's we've ever stayed in! The location on the lake is just perfect. You feel like you have it all to yourself. The house is well stocked with everything you need and then some. Really enjoyed kayaking and paddle-boarding on the lake. Also had fun catching trout. The house felt very secluded even though you're only about 15min from Nederland which is a great little mountain town. We didn't see any moose from the house but we did on the neighborhood trail which was cool. Will for sure be back. Thanks for hosting us!

Our new favorite nearby family getaway! Spacious, well-equipped kitchen; plenty of activities for the kids (and adults!)... Relaxing in the hot tub watching the stars come out over the private lake... just wonderful!

Perfect retreat accommodations for family & friends! Better than advertised, with activities galore for any weather. Got to chat with the hosts when we arrived and they were super helpful with tips and suggestions. Would rent again in a heartbeat and will recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, entertainment-filled mountain retreat in a gorgeous setting!

My fiance and I stayed here and actually eloped! It was so perfect!!! So relaxing! So beautiful! The scenery was so perfect!!! Catherine was so sweet! We had the best time and are so grateful! I had saw a couple other reviews mentioning moose sightings and didn’t know if we would get lucky to see one (I’ve never seen one and really wanted to) we saw one every morning and evening and actually had one right out our window with her baby! It was truly incredible!!

Perfect Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The view was breathtaking. We had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the well stocked extras like hairspray, shampoo, soap, coffee filters, etc. We loved the location and wished we could have stayed longer!

A Little Piece of Colorado Heaven!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very clean, spacious and super cozy! We really enjoyed the beautifully kept flower gardens and especially the relaxing hot tub! There are gorgeous views inside and out of the water, trees and wildlife. We couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation location. My husband and I hope to be back!

Wonderful

This place was the best, so clean, wonderful view and lots of animals. It was so easy to move in and feel right at home. The owner/managers were great, very helpful and covid friendly.
