HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting direct through VRBO. The check-out cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay. This is generally sufficient for the typical 3 - 4 day stay.
• For minimum stays of 7 days or more a mid-stay cleaning is performed at the OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date.

Our unit has a large refrigerator with freezer top, a Keurig coffee machine, beach chairs and an umbrella. I have also included wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board etc. for your enjoyment.
ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH?
Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the owner if you do not return the towels to the unit.

Beautiful property

The resort property is beautiful and very quiet. Very quick and easy to get back to your room. Our room was a basic hotel room with double beds, no microwave but a gorgeous view. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Amazing Trip!

This is a great place and I would highly recommend it to family and friends. Great environment, awesome restaurants to choose from on property, and my kids LOVED the pools! We would definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

This hotel room style rental was perfect for our needs. The owner had many extras in the room for us to use. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella as a very beautiful beach was steps away from the property. Enjoyed the restaurants, pools, and friendly staff. A perfect vacation spot!

Family get away

Resort was very nice. Rooms we rented were confortable. 1326 had a nice view. Suggestion would be to have a microwave if possible and more places to hang wet towels. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to share your unit.

A Little Slice Of Paradise

Robert is an amazing Host! Super informative and always responded to any questions and gave amazing recommendations. The property itself is GREAT and the locations is center perfectly in the middle to get to either side of the island. The resort staff also super friendly. As long as Robert continues to VRBO his spot, we will always book with him when visiting Kauai.

Good spot!

Great room for 2. I would recommend having a car to do activities and for food. The restaurants serve the same foods and are quite overpriced for what is given (both taste/quantity). Service at the restaurants were awful but the beautiful pools made up for it.
