Welcome to your Rehoboth Beach escape — a fully updated, single-level 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home tucked into the peaceful Henlopen Keys neighborhood, just east of Route 1. Whether you’re here for a long weekend or a full week, this home has everything your group needs to unwind and make memories.

The Space:
Spread across a comfortable single-floor layout (no stairs — great for all ages and abilities), the home sleeps up to 10 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and private en-suite bath. Three additional bedrooms offer queen beds, a twin trundle, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families of all sizes. Bedroom #4 even has its own private entrance and deck — perfect for teens or guests who want a little independence.

The Backyard Is the Star:
Step outside to your private, fully fenced backyard oasis — a multi-level deck setup with dedicated seating and dining areas, a screened porch for bug-free evenings, and a gas grill ready for cookouts. A fully equipped shed provides everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a beach cart, and toys for the kids. Cap the night off with a rinse in the newly upgraded outdoor shower.

Location You’ll Love:
You’re a short bike ride or easy walk from Rehoboth’s best restaurants, shops, and the iconic boardwalk. Bike on the iconic Junction and Breakwater Trail to Cape Henlopen State Park— one of Delaware’s most beautiful coastal parks, perfect for hiking, birding, and swimming. Jungle Jim’s Water Park and Tanger Outlets are just minutes away when you’re ready for a change of pace.

This property was perfect for our adult family vacation. The pictures do not do it justice! Very spacious and comfortable. Appliances were all very functional, and kitchen was stocked well with dishes and utensils. Tons of closet space everywhere, which helps to keep things tidy and neat! The shed had plenty of beach necessities, more than expected. We brought 2 bikes, and had room to put them in the shed with the two that are there. And were able to ride 4 together on the trail which is so conveniently right across the road from the house!My favorite spot was the backyard! And lots of cozy places to hang out morning and evening after the beach! The best feature is how close we were to everything, yet the neighborhood was very quiet. We prefer Gordon’s Pond Beach and Cape Henlopen Beach which was a short drive, and some of us rode bike there (about 20 minute ride on bike).Highly recommend Ken and Debbie’s place! We all said we want to come back :)

Lovely Home

This property was perfect for our needs and was as described on the site. Kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were secluded, & multiple living rooms was a plus. The only thing I would change is the check out time of 9am, which was too early. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful beach house!

Spacious home. Outdoor area, beautiful. Kitchen was great, every appliance you need is there. At least a 10 minute drive to the beach, with traffic about 20 minutes which was at times difficult. House runs on well water which was not disclosed until we were sent a welcome email, this was hard with 7 people wanting showers after the beach.

Comfortable house with everything you need

Unique and interesting house with an ideal layout for two families on a very quiet street. Lots of cute shared and private spaces both inside and out, all spotlessly clean. There were custom-fit room-darkening window shades/blinds that were easy to raise/lower on every single window, which is rare for a rental but highly appreciated. Location was convenient right next to the Henlopen trail system and also right next door to a sports complex where we could play wiffle ball when it wasn't in use. A little far for very young children to ride their bikes to the beach but easy enough for older children. We would definitely stay again.

Drive to the Beach

This was a nice property. Nicely furnished. Good beds, lots of decoration and places to sit. Kitchen was a little cramped with electric stove and oven, but still usable with all the cooking utensils and pots and pans needed. Good water pressure. Good AC. no towels, blankets, sheets or condiments so bring those for sure. The bar area was nice, like a second living room. Lots of beds. Master bedroom is good for a senior, with a walk in shower with a seat. My only real issue is that it was advertised as a walk to the beach. Because of the canal and whete this is located, it is not teally walkable, yiu need to ride a bike or drive.

Family vacation

This was our first summer vacation in Rehoboth . The house was very spacious. Allowing enough room for the whole family. Took a little getting used to with all the hardwood floors. We had two little ones with us, one crawling, and one just walking. Had to keep them contained in pack, and plays to avoid getting hurt. Nothing that you can’t deal with for only a week away. We took a short ride to Deauville beach most days. They have a little snack bar and porta potty’s. Yes, it costs $15 during the week and 20 on the weekend to park in the lot. But, you would have to pay meter parking regardless if going to the beach elsewhere. The beach was clean and less crowed then being near the boardwalk. We did not utilize the outside sitting area of the house. But, if you like to do outside entertaining, there is plenty of space. One downside I would say is they have a leather sofa in the living room. You do not want little ones, or anyone with a drink anywhere near it!! We actually covered it with a blanket to avoid any issues. also, the 9 o’clock check out is a little too early. We decided to do a late departure the night before just to avoid trying to get everybody up and out by 9 AM. Overall, the house was nice. The location was good too.

The home was beautiful and perfect size for our vacation. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard as we’d hoped because it was way too hot out during our stay. It was nice to be so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants but away from the downtown noise. Our son accidentally damaged the front screen door to the home. I reached out to the owners and got a timely response, I’ll be paying for the replacement to the door. The response was handled kindly and I appreciate that. Great place to stay , I highly recommend!

Nice clean house with lots of room and a great fenced in backyard that provides privacy. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of the house. All the beach amenities provided in their shed that we needed to make our trips to the beach comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent. A traffic signal is being installed at the intersection to route 1 from the road to this house which will make access to everything north and south on route one so much easier. Totally enjoyed our stay with the family.

A Spacious, Comfortable Home at the Beach

This home really met our needs. It was roomy and actually just seemed to go on and on. There was great space indoors and out. Our grandchildren loved the Koi Pond. We made use of the bicycles that were provided. There was everything you needed to cook meals and a large refrigerator for keeping food. The laundry room was amazing. There were two full bathrooms and a powder room which came in handy. The house was well air conditioned and the rooms had ceiling fans. It was very comfortable during the heat wave we experienced. The location was convenient to Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, shopping, restaurants, bicycle and hiking trails and really anything you needed to get to. We had a wonderful week in this home!

Quiet Clean and Centrally located

1 week stay with Family of 5 ( grandparent and two teenagers). We used the bikes- bike path less than a block away and biking to downtown and beach was quick. Lots of decor in this home to enjoy.

A Great Place To Stay

A great location - near the beaches and main road, but in a quiet development. The house itself is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the big backyard and enclosed porch.

Great home and location

Everything was great, great location just outside of the crowded area but close enough to enjoy. House has everything you need and all the bedrooms were nice. Being close to the bike trail was great also.

Beautiful Home

The house is wonderful, perfect for a large family dealing with remote work, different schedules and needs. The amenities are amazing, bikes, beach chairs, fire pit, beautiful hammock and stunning back yard. The house is eclectic and fun. Plenty of room for large family. Communication with the host was challenging, he was in communication much more than we are used to. I failed to bring in the trash cans earlier in the day, as I was working. I did not respond to his email about the trash cans, because I was working. I did not respond to his phone call about the trash cans because I was working, I was in a Zoom trial until late in the afternoon. He was unhappy and expressed his dissatisfaction with me. I heard from him several times after that. My son was not ready at the 10:00 am check out time, he was there by 10:05. We frequently rent beach homes, and found this unusual. This is a beautiful home, right near the bike trails with many amenities.

Hidden Gem at the beach

Wonderful house! My spouse and our 2 yo twins stayed here for the summer and we were enamored with the house and area. The subdivision is a hidden gem and the house is a perfect beach get away. Highlights include decor, high ceilings in the living room, multiple back decks for entertaining, a calming coy pond, huge fenced yard, large driveway, and two lovely screened in porches. We would definitely stay here again. Owners are responsive and overall very nice people. Highly recommend!
