Passes for indoor & outdoor pools, jacuzzi's, cardio & weight room can be purchased at a discounted rate per person or a group family pass rate for 3 or more. Outdoor green space with a picnic table under shade trees. Well groomed pets allowed with a 'per stay pet fee'.

We stayed for a hockey tournament and it was the perfect weekend. The condo was the perfect size and very Comfortable.

Perfect spot for family ski trip

A very clean and comfortable condo minutes from Waterville Valley resort, pool, shops and restaurants. Friendly neighbors. Easy parking. Beautiful setting near trails. The owner is wonderful and provided very helpful information during our first stay in town. We will definitely return.

Awesome Spot!

Came here to stay for a wedding and some sight seeing. Bedrooms are much bigger than they look in the photos and the beds are quite comfy. The rental as well stocked with everything you’d need (especially towels). Definitely would recommend!

Quick Getaway

We had such a fabulous time in Waterville valley! We made a last minute decision to get away with friends and our dog and this place was perfect. A quick walk to town, and short drive to a few other restaurants for post skiing food and drinks. The communication was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway

Very convenient, quiet, and clean property minutes from Waterville Valley ski resort. Steps away from shuttle bus to skiing. Great common area/mudroom for storing ski gear. Nice amenities including dishwasher. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a family ski getaway.

Great place, especially if skiing or planning on being out a lot. The living room/kitchen area is smaller than expected based on the photos. Very clean!

Fantastic host

Lovely apartment. We enjoyed the walkability of the village, and the easy access to hiking trails. Best of all was our host. We had a last minute need for late check out, and Andrea was great in communicating with and accommodating us. Thank you!

This place is Awesome!

A very cozy, warm, and comfortable apartment which suited my needs perfectly for my trip. It’s close to town and the mountain. The Wi-Fi is excellent and I had no issues sending emails and finishing work on the computer. Has a nice little kitchen so I was able to cook meals. 10/10 for a small family or group

Waterville Valley

The property worked well for our visit. The kids got their own bedrooms, and the place was clean. No kitchen, but we were made aware of that fact right out of the gate, so we were able to plan ahead accordingly. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative.

Great location, but cozier than we realized.

Nice location that is walking distance to Waterville Valley Town Square and hiking and running routes. Although this sleeps a lot, it was smaller than we realized and there really isn’t much of a living room or space for everyone to comfortably watch a movie. Finally, the unit (especially the bathroom and the master mattress) could use some updates.

Very nice

Two burner glass stovetop. No oven. This was a bit of a challenge for family cooking. However, very nice place to hang out in the evening. Comfortable.

Weekend Trip

Communication with Andrea was easy and she was quick to respond. The house was exactly as described. Bedrooms were comfortable and the location is perfect for hiking.
