Water View Villa with use of boat ramp- discounts for monthly rates

The property will always be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. There will also be cleaning products there for your convenience.
We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are all white for guests and bleached and washed in hot water for each visit.
Complimentary Water and coffee. Also, initial paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent and more are there for you at the villa at check in. Free WIFI.
We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there at times and have not had an issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly be an issue to your service.

If you like outdoor space, this is it! Watch the fish jump from the LARGE wrap around screened in deck. Better yet, grab your fishing rod! Use of the boat ramp located at marina is included. There is room under the Villa to store a small boat and park your car. Also located on the property is an area to clean your boat and fish.
There is also a ramp on property to launch a canoe or kayak. Located next to the Villa's is the local grocery store and Pizza restaurant.

The Villa has updated wood look flooring throughout the main living area. The bedroom has a new King bed in 2022, sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable. The living room has a DVD player and movies there for you to enjoy. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Washer/dryer located in the storage room down below.
The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, two chairs with ottomans to sit and relax and 2 gravity chairs. It's a great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened patio. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals.

Some nearby attractions include Air boat tours, fishing charters, boat and kayak tours. Smallwood store museum, located in Chokoloskee. Enjoy the beauty of the Everglades and 10,000 Islands!

Enjoy fresh Stone crabs at your local restaurants and seafood stores. Stone crab season is usually Mid-October-Mid May.
There are several local restaurants and a Tiki bar next to the Flying Pelican restaurant.
You can also explore with trips to Goodland, Marco Island and Naples.
