PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This stunning three bedroom penthouse condo at Mangrove Dock Condos has no equal. It is located right on the water in West End. It is not beach front, but located on a small inlet bay called Mangrove Bite. This third floor penthouse has its own private 1800 square foot roof top terrace with ocean views. The massive Bali inspired terrace has chaise lounges, a dining table, a huge BBQ area, and a full bathroom set amongst tropical landscaping.
For those digital nomads and remote workers, we have installed dedicated fiber optic internet to provide you with blisteringly fast speeds (well, blisteringly by island standards) that are more than enough to accomplish all your online tasks.
The property is lushly landscaped with all kinds of tropical plants and flowers. It really feels like an oasis. It has a pool (shared with other condos), huge dock, and sunbathing deck. The pool has chaise lounges which are perfect for relaxing with a cold beverage after a long day at the beach.
This well decorated, air-conditioned 1800 square foot condo has everything you will want. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and granite counter tops; a large custom made dining table; and a living area with a sofa, love seat, and a HD Smart TV with Netflix, DVD, and Cable. The balcony also has a dining table and a gas BBQ. There is also a washer and dryer.
This luxurious condo comfortably sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms with King Beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and glass doors that open onto the balcony. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
The best beach around for swimming and snorkeling, Half Moon Bay, is a 3 minute walk away. It is also close to at least 20 restaurants ranging from Argentinean to Thai to Honduran and several great bars.
The rates includes all taxes, fees, wireless internet, pool use, and drinking water. It does not include electricity.
The condo also strives to be as eco friendly as possible. Almost all of the cleaning products are reef safe, biodegradable, and eco friendly. The light bulbs are all low energy. Many of the items are made from recycled and reclaimed materials. The organic kitchen waste can easily be composted and we have recycle bins on property (not common here).
We read the meter at check-in and check-out and use the previous month's bill to determine the rate. We have a fantastic year round breeze that comes straight through the condo if you leave the windows open.
If you are energy aware (use the AC only at night, put your towels on the clothes line to dry instead of in the dryer, and turn off lights when not in use) I would say the electricity will be around $15 - $20/ day.
We also provide a complementary concierge service for all of our customers. We can help you arrange tours, car rentals, diving, etc. I have been diving here for over 12 years and can recommend a dive shop that suits your needs.
