Our One BR Condo is located on J Building and from Lanai overseeing a partial ocean view and lush landscaping. It is a 8 to 10 minute walk to beautiful Napili Beach and Kapalua Bays. Napili Plaza is in walking distance for all your food , refreshments and grocery needs. Our Condo accommodates total 4 guests with 2 adults and 2 children. We have a Queen size Bed in the bedroom and Sofa bed sleeps 2 in the Living Room . The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and there is a BBQ grill available for outdoor cooking by the pool. You can park your car right in front of the unit (assigned parking) , and walk a few steps to get into our unit. Portable Air Condition provided in the BR and LR.
It's been recently renovated and it is very clean . There is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. With world-class beaches and championship golf courses, this is the ideal island getaway for a couple or small family of 4.

mother/daughter stay

The unit is a little outdated and could use a couple repairs, but walking distance to some nice beaches. Would be great to have a drying rack for wet towels/bathing suits, etc. Also, we really wished there was a blender for smoothies! There is A/C, but blackout curtains would be nice and then you could use the AC much less. Very quiet which we really appreciated!

The apartment was spacious enough for us two. We had everything we needed including towels for the beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel googles etc. and not to forget the neighbors have been so nice! Glad we met some locals. We would definitely come back! Beach is not far away we still used our rental car to visit almost every beach on the island. AC in the living room is not powerful enough but for us this wasn’t an issue at all. Parking permit wasn’t in the unit but we wrote down the # and left it in the car. This is the right place when you want a quiet and relaxing place. Property rules are strict and mostly retired neighbors - everyone we meet was friendly and nice. Beautiful Island!!! Mahalo ..

Good neighborhood close to good snorkeling

Overall this was a great place to stay. Lahaina was hotter than the other places we went in Maui and the two A/C units seemed a little under powered and never quite got cool enough for us, but we were grateful to have them nonetheless because many listings don't have any. It would have been nice to have a few staples in the kitchen like salt and pepper, but the filtered water pitchers were nice and there were knives and plates/bowls/silverware, so that was great too.

Property accommodated all 4 adults. No issues were found during our stay. Property manager left detailed instructions which made it easy to navigate.

The apt was clean, there was a balcony with a view of Molokai and the whales splashing along the coast. As far as walking to the beach there were no sidewalks and the road was narrow. We drove. The location was convenient to everything. The property was incredibly quiet. Wonderful!

Highly recommended

Great location. Less than 5 minutes away from Napili Bay Beach. You can get to Kapalua in 10 minutes, Kaanapali in 15, Lahaina in 20. Host provides beach chairs and other knickknacks. Very convenient to have that. I had an issue with the door code and the host was immediate to respond. My only complaint would be the road leading up to the property is full of potholes. We had a very low to ground roadster and I was nervous everytimes we drove on the road. Shouldn't be an issue if you have a SUV. Overall loved the place

Great location and quiet

I really enjoyed my stay! The condo is less than ten minutes from the beach (walking). The apartment was well equipped with whatever you might need for the beach and to get ready. I would definitely book here again next time I visit Maui!

Excellent!

We loved Qaisar’s place! It was just what I was looking for for our family trip. Parking spot, easy to get into, very clean, and enough space. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool just steps outside of the door. There were also so many convenient things to use- multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach toys, coolers, etc. I wish I would’ve read the binder a little more closely to notice there is an ice machine to use for coolers in the bbq area, I noticed that part on our last day.

Great, quiet spot - easy walk to beach

Very good location easy walk to Napili Bay, or slightly further to Kapalua. Beach stuff (chairs, cooler bag, kids toys) included is a nice touch. Owner very responsive to text messages. Wonderful stay!!

Good base for northwest Maui

I stayed here with my husband for a little getaway. It was an affordable and very well located option for our favorite snorkeling and boogie boarding beaches in the area (Kahekili, Honolua, Kapalua & DT Fleming). Qaisar was very responsive and was kind enough to allow us an early check in so we could get right to the beach on the same day we arrived! There were a few broken things in the apartment due to wear/tear and hard use which we promptly informed the host about as soon as we discovered them and were fixed within a few days. If previous guests had just let him know right away, they could have been fixed in time for our short stay! No big deal at all though, we had everything we needed to have a nice time.

Great ocean view condo

Nice well taken care of property within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was very nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little quiet spot

Just what we needed! My kids shared the queen bedroom and my husband and I were lucky enough to get the pullout couch! The owner let us in early to drop off groceries, which was definitely a plus! Kitchen was mostly stocked, but having some Tupperware and kids plates and cups would be nice. The condo is right by the pool and close to the laundry and trash. The property is very quiet, which is always a plus with small kids! Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Having the brita water filter was definitely nice and cut down on buying water! Would definitely stay again.

Great value. Quiet. You are away from the water. If you need to be on the water then this is not for you. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this complex.

Bad location. Apartment not attractively furnished. It was hard to find the building or parking place (at first). The absence of a dishwasher was a drawback. We did appreciate the many towels and toiletries.

quiet & value

If you like a short walk to the beach (under 10 minutes) and appreciate value then this ABB is the right fit. It was perfect for us - full cooking facilities, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs - all in a very quiet condo complex. Our host was so kind and had a bottle of wine on the counter upon our arrival. We did not take advantage of the swimming pool. I would stay here again.

Not Quite What We Expected

We booked our stay here due to proximity to beaches and reviews mentioning cleanliness of the unit. Few things to be aware of before booking: - Cleanliness: I’m not sure how well the unit was cleaned before our stay or if it was cleaned at all? It seemed like the bare minimum was done. We found a dirty plate with food in the microwave and a dirty baking tray in the oven. The floor was dirty and the bottom of our feet quickly turned black. There were crumbs and wheat thins sprinkled across the floor. - The unit is minimally stocked. If you plan to use the kitchenette, please note there are no paper towels or sponge supplied, even though the welcome manual mentions it should come with these items. When we contacted the cleaning crew, they told us to use the rag left next to the sink, but I’m not confident where that rag had been before. The linen for the couch is a single sheet and was stuffed in between the couch cushions next to someone’s old tshirt. There is no blanket for the pull-out couch, except for a throw blanket sitting in a basket, which I don’t think was cleaned prior to our arrival. We had a total of 4 guests staying but were only provided 3 pillows. The cleaning team told us to use the throw pillows on the bed. On the minor side of things, we were provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days lol. Also, the dish soap in the kitchen was watered down. There is no drying rack in the kitchen. Also, no drying rack for bathing suits/beach towels. - The shower drain takes about 5-10 minutes to drain. Because of this, the shower liner is covered with mildew. - The refrigerator leaked during our stay and damaged some of the food we stocked. - Qaisar is a responsive host, however, he lives in California and self manages the property, so he has to rely on the cleaning crew and property management, who are not very helpful. When we messaged about the leaking refrigerator, it sounded like he already knew about the problem (and it explains why we saw empty bowls collecting water in the fridge when we first arrived). Same with the shower drain – he let property management know but nothing was ever done. The only time we saw property management was when they came knocking on the door at 7 am to let us know we can’t hang beach towels on the balcony. Not quite sure how else you’re supposed to dry towels since there's no drying rack and I’m not going to use the community dryer daily to wait for my towels to dry while on vacation

Qaisar was very responsive when we needed him. The property was just what we needed for our 8 night stay. Fully equipped kitchen which was the main thing we were searching for when booking our stay. So great to be able to make breakfast before leaving to explore the island all day. Bed was extremely comfortable in our opinion. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available to use. All neighbors were very friendly. Please be aware of quiet hours. We woke up to leave at 3 AM to watch the Haleakala sunrise one morning and disturbed one of the neighbors on accident. Lots of residence leave their windows open and have thin walls so be respectful. Great location to Lahaina, Napili, and Kapalua. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much for everything
