At only 40 minutes from Kahului Airport and 5 minutes from Kapalua Airport and within minutes of 5 Championship Golf Courses. We offer direct ocean front studio condos on a quiet beautiful beach with views of the sunset and Molokai and Lanai islands. Tax ID W40870612-01.

This ocean view condo has the convenience of a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave oven.

Also I have two units at this Resort one on the 12th floor and one on the 8th floor both are studios and are identical in floor plan and size. Only difference is furnishing otherwise both are identical.

Amazing view

The bare minimum of what was needed in the kitchen, just 2 of us so fine. More than that may be a problem. Biggest issue was the kitchen stove, the burners wouldnt attach right so not able to use and the knobs were worn down you couldnt tell which burner you turned on or what level the heat was. Owner didnt want to be bothered, told me to call onsite management co. but they wouldnt speak with me because we booked directly through owner. Leak in bathroom above the toilet but stopped, used the 3 towels that were left for us. Listening to the ocean, seeing the turtles in the water and the view from the lanai made the rest bearable.

5 out or 5 stars for view, but 4 out of 5 overall see detailed review for details.

This is a great property and I would stay here again for whale season. The view is 5 out of 5. Super clean unit, comfortable bed, linens and unit towels could be a little nicer, but were good enough. The unit (for me) is for me a 4 out of 5. - see below for details. Technology upgrades needed. Technology issues… My only complaint and suggestion for improvement about the unit it that the TV is very small by modern standards (a ~10+ year old 26" 1080p television). A 43" 4k TV would cost $200 to $300 tops and could be done with minimal effort. For some that may not matter, but when I stay in Maui, I go out all day and watch some steamed content after the sun goes down. So that is important to me. The cable modem was at least 13 years old and I had to contact Spectrum Cable to have it replaced… which was free and the property management company could have done any time in the last 5+ years but had not. If you stay there in the future, a visitor can expect performance between 800 and 1000 megabits per second download and 50-80 upload. This is up from 25 to 50 download before I coordinated the upgrade. There were a few other small issues which needed to be handed by the maintenance company, but they were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Sometimes things do go wrong and it is how people respond that really matters and for everything except the cable modem they were fine.

Great View!

The condo was quiet. The view from the lanai was beautiful! We watched the sunset from the lanai each night. The water pressure in the shower is excellent! Very short walk to The Beach House restaurant with good food and great service! George was quick to reply to answers to any questions. We would pick this condo again.

Anniversary Vacation (30 years)

We loved listening to the sound of the waves crashing from the room. The view is magical. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We supported local restaurants throughout the island our whole trip, but if you prefer to eat in - the kitchen looked fully stocked. There are several beach items in the unit. We couldn’t find the information with the wifi password, but if that’s important to you George was great at answering questions we had. I’m sure you could get that info easily. Laundry is available on the 3 floor for use if you need it. We truly enjoyed our stay.

To die for view!

I read about things being outdated to be honest it didn’t seem outdated other than the oven. If you are from hawaii most things are styled like this, plus you’re paying for a beach front apartment… everything is going to be beach themed… my boyfriend and I are very impressed and plan on returning. We got the 8th floor and the views were to die for and being able to listen to the waves 24/7 was the best part. There were so many things to use in the room from the kitchen to the beach toys. Thank you for having an affordable place to stay❤️

Turtles!

Great location, nice resort and great view of ocean with so many turtles. Kitchen could have used a little more supplies. Overall very happy!

5 star view, but 2 star accommodations

You arrive at the Valley Isle property and walk through the beautiful lobby and think “this place is wonderful!” It is updated and maintained. Then you open the door to the unit and you have been transported back to the 1980s. The listing online boasts a penthouse unit with amazing views. The views were amazing, but we were booked into a unit on the 8th floor, not the 12th floor penthouse. The pictures in the listing are of the nicer 12th floor unit, so walking into the 8th floor unit was disappointing. There was a drawer missing in the bathroom, the screen to the lanai was ripped at the top and bottom and it was obvious that there had been something hanging on the wall in the kitchen, but it must have broke and nothing was put in its place. There is no air conditioning in the unit which is fine, but both floor fans provided are broken. We contacted the property owner and he was responsive and got maintenance out to fix the ceiling fan and provide a new toaster, but the other fans were not addressed and the unit does not cool down enough with only the ceiling fan. This place has so much potential with the view and location, but it is obvious that there has not been much care put into the upkeep and design to make this a desirable place to stay. Aside from the view, this place was disappointing. I would not recommend this place and will not book here again.

Island Vacation

Very clean and had extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards. Only issue was room was missing some basic items, and the property manager does not provide service on the weekends for anything other than emergencies. We arrived Friday night so that was a small issue.

Nice little studio

Great property! Right above the water for excellent whale watching during the season and viewing sunsets. The owner communicated quickly answering my questions and check in and out was easy. The unit was basic but has most of what you need. It is an older property, not fancy! I rated accuracy of listing as "okay" only because the pictures of the unit online were not of the unit we stayed in. I really like to see exactly what I am getting.

Awesome oceanfront condo

We have stayed at many vrbo properties on the Hawaiian islands and this condo was by far the best one among the group. The views are amazing, rainbows, whales spouting and jumping, turtles, sunsets and sleeping with the sounds of the crashing ocean below are paramount to say the least. The resort is very basic but extremely well maintained. Restaurants, gas station and beach gear/toy rental across the street, major supermarket a few miles away and a mom and pop also across the street as well. If you are looking for a home base or just a place to chill this is it, the only negative thing about this condo was the fact we had to leave. We would have no hesitation to stay here again and plan to do so on our next visit to Maui. Mahalo George for sharing your wonderful condo!

Excellent place to stay

My son and fiancee have stayed in this condo three times and are planning a return visit for 2018. The condo has beautiful views and is very clean and well looked after. The bed is comfortable and the condo has all the amenities to allow you to cook if that is what you like to do. The sound of the the waves is just what the doctor ordered for a good night's sleep.

Valley Isle Resort was great!

My husband and I stayed at this condo January 2012 and just loved it! Condition was great and everything was as the owner had promised. Our check in was flawless and parking was very easy. Views were fabulous. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definately rent this unit again and would go thru this owner the next time as everything went just as promised.

disapointed

we loved the ocean view and we would come back and stay at the Valley of Isle but not at this condo. the owner has to realise that charging top dollars for his condo the acommondation has to be what he advertises also his price is more than the one bedroom rents in the building those units are upgradedand for less money than we paid for this so called studio which needs to be upgraded we stayed for 10 nights no chage of bedding supplied towels were great,. bed is old and broken, sofa old and broken could not sit on it no chairs to sit on only outdoor folding chairs no table to eat at stove is like a large hot plate has been there since building was built in 1975 knobs are so worn off can't see what temp. one is using.no dishwasher, silver is needs replacing.bathroom is needing badly upgrade the only thing that was done to this place was new tiles on the floor. we had to pay for internet to be able to use it.no hut tub only pool we could go on if we had not paid up front we would have moved out.the owner sounds like a nice person but we need him to know he has to do better with what he offers to people renting his place.
