We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. local time. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities.

7-nights or more: For your comfort, your villa will receive a restorative mid-week refresher if you are staying for at least seven nights.
Less than 7-nights: Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights.
Additional Housekeeping Services: Additional housekeeping services, including daily service, are available. Please arrange directly with the resort prior to your arrival. Fees apply.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in your villa and throughout the resort. The Business Center also offers High-Speed Internet Access, computer, printing and faxing services (fees apply). Wireless bandwidth upgrades are available for a fee . The Link is conveniently located in The Market Place, featuring six computers (no fee) and four printers (fee for more than five sheets). Comfortable seating and a TV also offer an inviting area to relax and connect with others. We ask guests to be courteous and limit their use to 30 minutes at a time.

To ensure your comfort and safety, and to maintain the quality of your villa, vacation ownership resorts do not allow pets on the resort grounds or in the villas, with the exception of service animals that may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

RESORT SECURITY
To ensure the safety and security of all Owners and guests, you will be required to present a photo ID at the Security Gate for access to the resort. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Additionally, guests should be aware that the off-site food delivery service is not allowed past the security gates. Guests should arrange to meet the delivery drivers at the reception center.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited both inside the villas and on the balconies/lanais. If signs of smoking are detected, a $250 fee will be applied to your folio. Additionally, in compliance with local and state smoking ordinances, smoking is prohibited in the enclosed areas around the swimming pools, in the children’s play areas and at other public places. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas, which are available throughout the resort.

TRANSPORTATION
Attraction Transportation
To make your travel to area attractions easier, we offer shuttle buses for a nominal fee to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Shuttle buses run daily from the resort, but departure and return times fluctuate with anticipated theme park attendance. Please contact the Tickets & Transportation Desk in the reception center for shuttle schedules for your reserved vacation period. Both shuttle service and taxi service are available to get you to Universal Orlando® Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando.

Area Transportation
At the Tickets & Transportation Desk located in the reception center, we can help you arrange for all of your area transportation needs, whether car rental, limousine, theme park shuttle bus or taxi service. Sheraton Vistana Resort has several maintenance projects planned throughout 2019, which may cause amenities or public areas to be closed temporarily for the safety of Guests. Additionally, villa building maintenance and some public area maintenance will occur during Homeowner Association-sponsored projects.

Electrical Maintenance – through 2019
The resort began a project in 2018 to replace the wire between transformers and buildings. The power company workers paused this project to help restore power to our neighbors in the Florida Panhandle after Hurricane Michael. We believe this project will resume in early 2019. During this project, the power will be turned off to an individual building, four to six hours a day, while work is performed. Guests will be notified if their building is slated to be without power during their stay. Thank you for your patience during this project.

Exterior Painting Projects – Cascades Phase – Jan.–Oct. 2019 and Courts Phase – Sept.–Dec. 2019
The Cascades phase and Courts phase villa buildings are slated to be refreshed with a new coat of exterior paint. During this project, Owners and Guests should anticipate seeing scaffolding around buildings as they are being painted, but we do not anticipate that this work will have an effect on our Guests’ vacation experience.
