Host was very responsive to problems—dryer didn’t work properly—unfortunately found problem on Friday. Repair not available until Monday. We were a Wed-Wed rental. It still didn’t work after he was there. Had to pay to use a laundromat. Beautifully furnished, but bed in master needs at least a mattress topper as springs jabbed into our backs. We slept with our heads at the foot of the bed Some general maintenance is needed to clean-up front door and dirty woodwork. 40 CASH parking fee to guards?? Took a day to find them so who was guarding our cars?Absolutely BEAUTIFUL view.

Beautiful view and nice room. They don't leave to many extras, so be sure to bring tp, trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. There were a couple of the cheaper made beach chairs in the closet that will work in a pinch if you need them.

Perfect place to book for a family vacation

The condo was very clean and decorated so cozy for a beach vacation. This was our first time booking anything other than a hotel. The process for booking, checking in, checking out and any questions we had were answered right away. This was our very first family vacation. We are planning on coming back every summer! I have been recommending this to everyone!

We had a great time. Beach front, great views, easy access to beach. My mother (75) was able to get to beach easily. Only complaint is hot tubs were not heated.

Tennia, Thank you for your awesome review of your stay with us at this great property. We hate you had an issue with the hot tub during your stay. Although we wish we could've done more, amenity issues are completely out of our control and the only thing we can do is alert the manager on site that is in charge of the complex amenities. We hope you were able to enjoy the zero entry pool and the awesome beach offered on site as an alternative. Thank you for your 4/5 star review of your stay with us in this great property. We are terribly sorry for the issue with the elevator during your stay, however these circumstances are beyond our control. We did work closely with the on site manager to keep you well informed of the repairs and how long to expect the elevator to be down. Cozy with Beautiful View

We stayed in this condo for vacation/daughters softball tournament. It was perfect for us as other teammates where in other units of the same building. It was cozy with great views and easy access to the beach. It was a convenient location to restaurants and the softball fields. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Prefect location! Beautiful view. Worked perfect for what we needed as a party of 5 (4 adults, 1 toddler). Washer and dryer was a great plus that a lot of units dont have. I would recommend bringing more trash bags (2 available). Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

I’ll start with the positives: location. Loved where it was at. Loved the zero entry pool. Loved that the beach wasn’t a long sandy walk to the water. Condo size was fine. Over all the condo was okay. Cons. The entire building, inside and out could use some freshening up. The door was spotty and rusted. The walls all need paint: floor boards need cleaned. The pool needs paint even. Rug in living area looks old and dirty. Needs shampooed at the very least. The dryer had to be ran 2-3 times to dry one load. The fridge light didn’t work. Some of the wall plug in sockets need work. Husband got hit with a big spark just trying to plug something in. Lots of spoons hardly any forks…Other than that kitchen was well stocked. Not much counter space but it worked for the week. I guess for the price I had higher expectations… I’ve been coming down for 34 years and stayed in a lot of places…only major reasons I’d come back is for the pool because the kids loved the zero entry. And I loved the short walk to the ocean water.

Clean and great location

Overall really liked the place. It was very clean, nice floor plan, and loved the location. It's close to restaurants and shops. One thing I really liked was that there was a bathroom on the bottom floor which is very convenient so you don't have to go all the way up to your room. The ONLY negative (which is very small) is that the round table in the microwave doesn't spin (it's broken) so our lasagna burned in the middle. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Nice apartment old rundown condo.

The apartment that we stayed in was nicely decorated but the place was old!!! There's paint peeling off the back of the building there are lots of cracks and places that need to be repaired. Only one elevator! Pool is nice. Not sure if I would stay there again or not.
