My family and I had a beautiful stay at this property. David and Helen were very responsive to any questions we had and the house is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the waterfront in St Ives. The parking space was very handy and made things nice and easy for us. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great stay in St Ives

We appreciated this comfortable holiday home close to the centre of St Ives but just far enough to be away from the crowds. Great location, house was exactly as pictured. Easy check in and good communication with the owners. Thanks for a great stay.

Well appointed cottage in a great location

Lovely, spacious cottage, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk into town and the convenient parking space opposite a definite bonus.

Perfect St Ives accommodation

Great location a few minutes walk from anywhere you need to be in St Ives. Parking spot opposite was priceless.

Lovely stay in St Ives

Great location, spacious accommodation, close to St Ives centre and less than 10 mins walk to all the town’s beaches. Very generous sized off road car park space opposite the house.

Fantastic property in a perfect location

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. David & Helen’s communication was excellent. We really would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

Making memories

A multi generational stay was enjoyed by all in this beautiful house. We had a great time enjoying st Ives food festival. The property has everything that you need and is central enough to pop back to throughout the day!

Lovely stay perfect location

Lovely place

Lovely housenin a great area. Hosts wete exceptionally helpful and promptly sorted out a small misunderstanding with the house next door and parking. Otherwise no issues atall and a peaceful stay

Lovely stay in St Ives

Good location, 5 mins walk in to the centre of town and Harbour Beach, 10 mins to Porthminster beach. Great to have the parking space directly across the road from the house.

Perfect home base in St. Ives

We enjoyed our week in St. Ives and this rental made it easy. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the bus, grocery store, harbour and beaches. The space is beautifully decorated with all of the modern conveniences we needed over the course of the week. We would recommend this rental without hesitation and would love to return.

Lovely house and ideal location

The house was great and had everything we needed including its own parking space. Very convenient for shops and beaches. David and Helen very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Convenient location, clean, bright and homely.

I have only good things to say about Cornish Pearl. It was perfect for our week in St. Ives. Very handy location, clean, bright, well equipped and homely. I would be very happy to return to this property again. Thank you David and Helen for sharing your seaside space.

Nice property

We had a nice stay in St. Yves. The hosts were very friendly. We had a warm welcome and all questions were answered very quickly. The location of the house is very good and the parking lot at the House very helpful. We‘ll come back.

Family holiday

We had a weeks’ holiday in the Cornish Pearl with our 2 daughters and dog. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in St Ives & was in a great location, just near enough to the town and the beaches but far enough away to escape and have some peace and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and answered any queries we had promptly. We would definitely go to St Ives and stay at the Cornish Pearl again.

Great position with parking

The house was very good, excellent position with added benefit of a parking space.The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were good with comfy beds and plenty of storage. We had trouble opening the key lock box

A happy place

The property was as described, the hosts couldn’t of been more helpful. The house had lovely quirky bits and bobs, was beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. The weather was a mixed bag but we had a great time and will certainly be re-booking 😀⭐️👍
