Treetops Condos Located in Lionshead
Treetops is located in Lionshead just a short walk to base of Eagle Bahn gondola. Right in Lionshead, all of the shops and restaurants are just a short walk away.
The condo features a bedroom with a king and en suite bathroom; second bedroom has 2 twin beds; as does the third bedroom. Perfect for a family with children in ski school. New furniture throughout the unit. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook the family dinner. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
