This lovely fully equipped condominium 2-bedroom villa has a master suite with master bathroom and king sized bed. It also features a second bedroom, screened and furnished private patio with balcony, a complete kitchen with breakfast bar, self-cleaning oven, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glassware, blender, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer unit, and more. There are 3 telephones, a large living room with wide-screen television, and WiFi throughout the unit . Other amenities include built in hair dryers in the bathrooms, washer and dryer, and an oversized whirlpool hot tub just to name a few. This unit comfortably sleeps six guests. It is within walking distance from the on-site family store, a restaurant, and several swimming pools, including the super pool. Conveniently located a mere two minute drive to The Crossroads where you can take advantage of great food shopping, or visit several family restaurants. Lastly, this 5-star villa is less than a 10 minute drive to any of the Disney Resort properties. Come to Florida and enjoy a memorable vacation! Once you stay here, we know you will want to return!!

This unit is currently owned by the Bolton Family. Doug is a professor at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His wife Marianna, is the owner of two beauty salons located in Newark, New Jersey. While both enjoy traveling, Marianna's business escapades coupled with Doug's research and publishing prohibit them from using their unit every year. Hopefully, you and your family can enjoy a fun vacation using our villa this year. Your rental means a great deal to us. We like to make new friends, and hope that if you select to rent from us, you will want to return in future years. While there are many resorts close to the Disney properties, few offer the amenities that are included on our property. In addition to playgrounds, mini-golf, swimming pools, and a beautiful setting, you also will be close to a nice restaurant on site. Further, you will be only minutes away from "The Crossroads Plaza" which includes informal family dining, food shopping, souvenir shopping, and more. A great place to relax when you are not attending the theme parks!
