Fully furnished 650 sq ft -1 story ranch style house with kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and master bath. Located on quiet street. 2 person maximum. Additionally, finished bonus outside office/yoga studio available. Not for sleeping.

( Unique house set up like a duplex - unit is shared with soundproofing -common wall in the center of the house dividing the two bedrooms/bath/kitchens house - 2nd unit is currently rented). Level lot, small step up to front path, no steps from driveway.

Stylishly decorated, farmhouse chic. Wood floors and tile throughout, no carpet. Large down couch. Dining area faces the back yard with zen fountain. Tranquil, healing and relaxing environment. Fenced yard.

Quiet Retreat

This is our second month this year being able to book this property (April / August). The house is clean and spacious and located less than a 5 minute drive to nearby Moonstone Beach and shopping on Main St. We really loved our time in this little house. The hosts were wonderful communicators and quick to address any issues we had, which were practically non-existent. We had everything we needed and the thoughtful snacks upon arrival were also a wonderful touch. We hope to stay again soon.

Peaceful retreat

We stayed for 6 weeks, enjoying lovely Cambria. The house is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Location is great - pretty easy walk into town and through woods to bluffs trail. Quiet neighborhood. We loved the studio in the back yard, equipped for remote work. Favorite feature! Eve and Andy were very good hosts and attentive. We were sad to leave!

A two month home away from home

Our host was responsive to questions and gracious in every way to us as we.enjoyed the Cambria setting and community. We could not have had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay and activities during our central California coastal stay! The cottage was restful and close to so many activities and beauty. We highly recommend this opportunity for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A Clean, Quiet, Fresh, Well-lighted Home

We have only good things to say about this home. Everything we might have needed for our 2-month stay was provided. Our hosts, Andy and Eve, thought of everything. When we took walks in the neighborhood, we met very friendly and nice neighbors, and they all made us feel welcome. That was very nice, and really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We plan to stay here again next spring and summer. We positively loved everything about this vacation rental. Many thanks are deserved by our great hosts. Thanks times 10.

Fantastic Stay & Location!!!

This gorgeous property should be featured in the Sunset Magazine! From the minute we checked in, we fell in love with everything this rental had to offer. The homeowners have excellent taste in design and decor. All the linens were top notch, the bed was so comfortable......that we plan to purchase the same mattress. We got the best sleep during our stay. We quickly made friends with the neighbors and with their fur babies too. We took long walks to the beach twice a day. We loved that the owners supplied the property with earth friendly cleaning products. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook daily. The office/yoga studio was a huge bonus to us-we were able work remotely in paradise. The property is very user friendly. We had such an excellent 5 star stay......we immediately booked another month stay in Jan 2022.

My husband and I closed escrow in late 2019 on this home. We have been vacationing here for 40 years. Based out of Los Angeles, we now live in Atascadero at our little farm - 30 miles south of Cambria. Enjoy wine tasting, walks and nature in abundance!

Walk in through the front door and outside world disappears. Quiet surroundings and street. Very little car noise, if any. Not a thoroughfare street. Wonderful Oak Tree in the center of the backyard. Tranquil feel inside and out with zen fountain off the patio. Small dog welcomed if crated when not home, (no shed) friendly. Fenced yard. (Another small dog lives on the property).
