Cozy apartment close to beach

Apartment close to the beach. Supermarket just downstairs. Boiler is small, you'll have be quick when taking a shower. We enjoyed our stay.

El apartamento está muy completo, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y además muy bien situado.

Eine schöne Ferienwoche

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment das alles bietet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, inclusive Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Selbst frisches Obst, Wasser und das erste Frühstück stand bereit obwohl wir gar nicht damit gerechnet haben. Ein Massagesessel ist auch vorhanden, total klasse :-) Die Ausgangslage ist prima zum Strand, zur Strandpromenade und zum Hafen. ein Parkhaus für das Mietauto ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und ebenfalls sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Eigentümer Carmen und Luis nur empfehlen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Großes 'like' muchissimas gracias :-))))

Alfredo L. Jones - 100 Meter zum Strand

Der Empfang bereits war super freundlich. Für den ersten Tag wurde ein kleiner Begrüßungskorb mit Nahrungsmitteln kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung wurde ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Alles bestens, gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr.

Sejour agreable

Appartement agreable mzlgres le bruit exterieur. Carmen est une personne agreable,qui nous accueille avec plaisir,et aussi des petites attentions (fruits ,lait, fromage ,jambon de dinde , pain de mie .), nous avons apprecies notre sejour.

Intérêt de Las Palmas est de concilier le magnifique centre historique et une belle plage

Appartement agréable conforme à nos attentes, proche de la plage et des commerces. Avons très apprécié les attentions de Carmen prevues pour notre arrivée. Toutefois, pour nous un peu bruyant du fait de la proximité des hôtels et cafés

Great Stay

We had a great stay in this very clean, very spacious, sensibly laid-out flat, so close to the beach , park (buses) and town. Carmen was there to meet us when we arrived, and left us fruit and food to get started after our long plane flight. Beds were very comfortable, living areas spacious. We'd stay here again.

city centre cloce to the beach

Carmen is a wonderful host - we everything we expected. The apartment was clean, nice and cosy and nice situated, close to the beautiful beach – only 3 minutes walk. Beds were very comfortable and Wi-Fi was excellent!!! A supermarket store is downstairs, so everyday shopping wasn’t a problem. As the apartment is located in the city, it could be perceived as (a little bit) noisy place, especially in the night – as this vibrant city never sleeps  My only tiny disappointment was a massage chair, as it worked only sometimes, so I finally turned it off and used as a normal armchair 

Location LAS PALMAS - TRES BIEN

Logement très bien sous tous rapports : confortable, bien équipé (2 SDB, vraie cuisine), proche de la plage, bien situé, superficie tout à fait correcte. Excellent accueil de Carmen : ravitaillement (lait, eau, fromage, jambon, jus de fruit, etc...) et corbeille de fruits nous attendaient. Tout avait été prévu pour rendre notre séjour agréable et confortable (serviettes de plage et autres multiples petites attentions). Nous recommandons !

Zentrale Stadtwohnung

Vielen lieben Dank an Carmen unsere Vermieterin. Es war alles ok. Leider existiert die Baustelle gegenüber immer noch. Daher für Langschläfer im Moment etwas schwierig. Für uns war es aber ok. Zentrale Lage und Strandnähe. Spar, Fahrrad und Autovermietung alles in der Nähe. Auch die Möglichkeit in einem der Cafes am Strand zu frühstücken. See you Carmen. Have a good time.

Perfetta in tutto

Posizione eccezionale,appartamento comodo pulito e dotato di tutto quello che poteva servire e anche del superfluo; accoglienza veloce e precisa e ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare a disposizione una dotazione di cibi al nostro arrivo che sono serviti per le prime necessità; wi.fi ottima ricezione. Ci sentiamo di consigliare a tutti l'appartamento di Carmen Nuevesche abbiamo trovato molto accogliente e con vicino tutto quello che poteva servire: supermercato alla porta accanto, stazione taxi a 10 metri, noleggio auto a 15 metri, caffetterie , ristoranti ,bar da 5 metri a 50 metri di distanza si poteva trovare tutto quello che serviva. Abbiamo passato una settimana deliziosa, siamo stati felici. Grazie di tutto. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

ruime, schone woning, dichtbij strand

Samen met mijn man en een familielid ben ik 12 dagen verbleven in dit appartement. Heel dichtbij het strand van Las Canteras waar je lekker kunt zonnen en shoppen aan de boulevard. Er stond een grote fruitschaal voor ons klaar en ook het eerste ontbijt was al geregeld. Handdoeken, beddengoed, wifi, het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er staat zelfs een massagestoel! Helemaal perfect voor een vakantie aan het strand.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in our apartment.

Carmen the owner always answered any questions very promptly with useful information. She left a very good supply of food for us. The location was excellent....close to the city and beach. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need on a holiday. The only problem was the noise from the renovation work on a building opposite. However that looks as if it will soon be completed but unfortunate that it corresponded with our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Family Vacation in Las Palmas

Dear All, we would like to share our experience and commnets, regarding this apartments. First of all we would like to tell a thanks to Carmen, she is absolutely good and hospitality owner. She met us exactly in time, in the firts night for check in, and as addition we got a fresh fruits, water and snacks, which was sufficient enough for first breakfest, and especially for kids after long flight. The location of apartments, is very conveniet for walking distance to the beach, restaurants and others entertainments, depends on choices. Equipments in apartments are nicely arranged and in good working conditions. Have a good vacations.

Schöne Wohnung, Sehr gute Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, mitten in der Stadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, von der Wohnung aus sichtbar und zum Hafen. Das Viertel und die Wohnung bieten alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Taxis, Busse und auch ein Parkhaus, um welches sich die Vermieterin gekümmert hat, in nächster Nähe. Für das erste Frühstück hatte unsere Vermieterin auch reichhaltig gesorgt. Vielen Dank, Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Charming apartment, excellent situated!

We stayed in this charming apartment for 9 days. It is excellent situated very close to Canteras beach and shopping, restaurants and Catalina as well. A wonderful apartment that got everything you need. Even an arm-chair with massage which was freqently used, specially by my wife. We also want to mention the beds. They were really the best you can ask for! Finally, we really want to recommend this excellent apartment.
