Great spot for a sunny hassle free stay. Safe, Quite area. Nice size 2 bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom has a comfortable King bed, bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen has granite tops, stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for 4+ cars. There is a small side yard and screen room. High speed internet and Xfinity cable with 42 inch flat screen TV. Short walk to Deerfield beach and one block to tons of restaurants and bars.
We supply all bedding, towels, beach chairs and full kitchen supply's.

We had a great time at this air b n b. It was clean, the location was great, walking distance to the beach , restaurants and grocery store. We ll be back!

Comfortable Stay at a Great Location

The house is in a perfect location for an extended stay. We were in Deerfield for 3 weeks, with great restaurants, the beach and a Publix within walking distance. We brought our tandem bicycle, which was easy to store in one of the bedrooms. The area was great for riding. Plenty of residential streets with minimal traffic to get a 20 mile ride in. The bedrooms and other spaces are all large and comfortable. Hot water was great and plentiful. The owner was extremely responsive. When we discovered a leak under the bathroom sink, he was there the next morning to install a new faucet. We already rebooked this property for 3 weeks next year.

We had to cut our stay short due to a severe pest infestation.  On day 1, we killed a roach in the bedroom, found ants in the living room, and killed a large spider on the curtains. The owner's daughter came by and sprayed shortly before a storm hit that same day, and later that evening the owner's wife dropped off ant traps and Zevo spray (not labeled for cockroaches). The bathroom sink was also clogged from day one. On day 2, before showering, I lifted the bath mat and multiple roaches (also known as Palmetto bugs) crawled out. The owner came by that day, and used a plunger from under the sink to unclog the sink, and confirmed the bugs in the tub were roaches. He said pest control wouldn't come until day 3. Later that day, one of the largest roaches I've ever seen crawled out from behind the refrigerator while we sat at the table. We packed up and left immediately, driving 40 minutes to stay elsewhere. Other issues: outdated WiFi instructions (a problem since I was working remotely), curtains that are only light-filtering despite being advertised as blackout, no luggage rack, a lumpy queen bed in the larger room, and the bathroom door doesn't like to fully close or stay locked. The owner was responsive and processed a partial refund, but the number and size of the roaches we encountered made the property unlivable for the remainder of our stay. I have photos and video documenting the infestation. Would not recommend, especially if you have any sensitivity to pests.

Great location, superb host

Wonderful little spot in walking distance to shops, bars, beach and grocery. Host was extremely accommodating and took care of everything we needed. A/C unit was very loud in the common space but otherwise a great stay! Will look forward to staying here on our next trip!

Great winter escape

We enjoyed this property immensely. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood with a walk to the beach every morning for exercise. Beach is crowded on Sunday but just wonderful all week long. The internet is fast enough that you can work remotely — just don’t tell your co-workers you’re in Florida!

Amazing full home rental

After viewing the online video of this house was excited about staying for a full week. Area was quite for ultimate resting at night. Only a 12-15 minute walk to Deerfield beach. Speaking to the manager was hassle free. Would highly recommend this house for anyone who would like to spend there vacation around the ft Lauderdale area.
