Jackson Breezy Vacation and Venue Rental Barbados
Jackson Breezy is a spacious one bedroom vacation/business rental apartment with an open plan layout. It is an upstairs apartment with inland views of the island from its patio, consisting of a living room, air conditioned bedroom, dining room, bathroom, full kitchen, laundry and patio. There is also an outdoor Hammock, pool with spa/whirlpool and BBQ Grill on property that guest are welcomed to use.
EVENT VENUE RENTAL
Our venue is also available for rental to host small events (pool parties, weddings, business meetings, etc.) for 35 people or less.

Day passes grants you and your party shared access to the lawn, whirlpool & pool, and sole access to a fully equipped & furnished apartment.

LOCATION
Located on the secure & enclosed grounds of a private residence in the suburbs, Jackson Breezy is a 5 minute drive from Warrens, a major business & shopping center with restaurants and cafes.
The airport is a 35 minute drive, and world famous beaches including Browne's beach is 10-15 minutes away by car.
CONVENIENCES
There are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom that are connected to the internet thus providing access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.
- The bedroom is airconditioned with an overhead fan, a full queen size bed, built-in closet, chest of draws and bedside tables.
- The living room consist of a full size sofa with a pull out bed, and smart tv with internet access.
- The dining room has a six seater dining table.
- The kitchen consist of cutler, crockery for six, a gas range, electric kettle, a small electric oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.
- The laundry consist of a washer and dryer, and is available to guests spending a minimum of 4 nights.
- You may have up to 4 visitors in the apartment. All visitors must leave by 10pm.
- The upstairs patio overlooks the interior of the island, and is furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a table.
- Parking: Guest enter & exit via the side entrance on to a private road where parking is available.
- The Pool is approx. 14'x28' with the deep section at 6ft. Attached to the pool is a hexagon shaped Spa/Whirlpool. The pool is available for guest to use between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Posted pool rules MUST be obeyed at all times. NB: The pool is not located in front of the apartment.
- The Hammock & Barbecue Grill is available for to use at their convenience.

As your host, we are here to help , and I am reachable by phone, email & text and you reach out to me at your convenience.
My wife is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Hindi.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Jackson Terrace is a quiet middle class area, with lots of greenery, farmland and pedestrians. Yet close to bajan (Barbadian) rum shops, churches and road side mechanics.
GETTING AROUND
In our area, like most of Barbados you can get around by bus, taxi and hired car.
To really explore the island, we recommend that you hire a vehicle.
The closest bus stop is about 5 minutes walk away.
If you are interested in riding, we maybe able to put you in contact with a bicycle rental, but note that Barbados is a very hilly country with lots of vehicles on narrow roads.
PROPERTY LAYOUT:
The property is on a rectangular lot that is approx. 11,000sq ft, with one building in the center, of the property. The building consist primarily of a private residence, with an apartment. The apartment is located upstairs on the northern end of the building, facing a 3,000 sq ft lawn/open area. The pool is located on the opposite southern end of the property.
