Here on the verdant grounds of The Floranada, you'll be treated to such wonderful shared amenities as an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck filled with lounge chairs, two gas grills, and shuffleboard - all within a one-block stroll of the shimmering Atlantic waves.

This first-floor condo is ideally located close to an abundance of entertainment and outdoor recreation in every direction, creating a lovely escape for beach-goers, scuba divers, anglers, and golfers. Cross North Ocean Boulevard to reach North Ocean Park (approximately 600 feet east), where you can access the beach and enjoy a picnic in the balmy South Florida weather. Take in the gorgeous view of the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse one mile north, spend an afternoon fishing from the Pompano Beach Pier one mile south, or practice your drive at the Pompano Beach Golf Course (one mile inland) and your serve at the city's tennis center (two miles southwest). Explore the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale nine miles south, or catch an outdoor concert or movie at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater two miles southwest.

Beginning on Monday, May 19th, 2025, there will be on-going construction for the on-site pool to begin draining in preparation for the Pool Renovation Project; The project is estimated to take approximately 4 - 6 weeks from start to finish, depending on weather and on-site conditions. Please note that during this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed & you may also experience increased noise and dust while work is underway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
