Cozy House in the heart of Waterville Maine.

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway.

Less than 5 minutes to Colby. We were there for a camp. AC in both bedrooms. Nice artwork and decor.

Amazing home in Waterville. We have stayed a few times and will go back. The host is a wonderful and very accommodating. Would recommend highly!

We went there because my daughter lives in Maine and had surgery so I booked the place so she could stay with us for her recovery. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great short trips by car to the stores and downtown. I would definitely stay again but only in warmer weather. It was very very cold outside. The only drawback when it came to cooking, there wasn’t enough pots and pan and ovenware and serving dishes. But if I go again, I would definitely stay there. I would just bring more supplies.

the house is located on a very nice piece of land. When you enter the home you immediately realize how clean and comfortable it is. There is a new washer and dryer with detergent for your use. Coffee and coffee mate were in the refrigerator for our use. The AC's in the 2 bedrooms were on when we arrived and it was nice to be able to relax in a cool room after a long ride. A few miles from the property was a very nice area with many restaurants that served good food. all in all our stay in Waterville and this property was excellent. Keep up the good work

This is our favorite Vrbo! Everything is clean and well appointed. The washer and dryer are new and much appreciated during travel. Our host, Andrea is easy to communicate with and very helpful and welcoming.

Andrea's house was indeed cozy! It was warm, comfortable, spacious and inviting! And the beds were super comfortable! One couldn't ask for more. Perfect!

Some confusing advance ck in info from VRBO about locks. A text to Andrea quickly cleared that up. Ck in was very easy. I was unclear about some features (AC, luggage) but again we got that straightened out quickly. 2 bedroom AC units DO cool the whole house. We did leave shades down to help with cooling as the day we arrived was very warm. We just left them that way. Shower was roomy and water was plenty hot. We only used frig to store a few drinks and fruit, and the microwave to heat water for tea. No cooking. As is the norm these days, bed is high and soft so getting in can be a challenge for short people with bad knees. :)However I slept great, so there you go. No problem with WiFi. Did not use TV Only a few stairs at entrance. Would recommend

This is the first time we have stayed here and we have booked again for a future event. It was an amazing, very well kept home. The host was always available for whatever questions I had. She was so nice and helpful. It was a great location and look forward to staying there again.

Loved the cozy home! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only thing that we would have been nice is if there was a tv in the main bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference.

Relaxing at Cozy House

Cozy House is wonderful! We try to stay here every time we visit Waterville. Great location for us and the house is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Andrea is a kind and responsive super host.
