This year round Mammoth vacation condo is very close to Eagle Lodge, either a short 10 minute walk or take the Green Line shuttle stopping right across the street and taking you 0.4 miles to Eagle Lodge. From there catch Chair 25, Eagle Express 15, or Cloud Nine Express 9.

This well maintained condo can house up to 4 travelers, is nestled within a picturesque, pine tree-dotted landscape, and it is directly across from the beautiful Sierra Star Golf Course.

This condo features an interior entrance very near the stairs and the elevator. Amenities include underground parking for 1 car, a well-equipped fitness center, a hot tub, pool, sauna, and gas BBQ grill.

The property's living room includes flat screen televisions, a wood-burning fireplace, space heaters, and a queen sofa bed for the young ones. In addition, there's a comfortable king bed in the spacious bedroom. Relax by the fire and enjoy the breathtaking views of Mammoth Mountain and the expansive views of the Eastern Sierra Mountains.

The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave oven, as well as a nice variety of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. You'll also find a pleasant dining area with a table and chairs fashioned from solid wood. Enjoy a warm, home-cooked meal or delivery from one of the many local restaurants.

The condo is located just 10 miles west of the Mammoth Airport; fly in and hit the slopes! It is also a short walk to town and located on the bike path.

Great ski condo

Very clean, well supplied kitchen, everything worked as advertised, and a short walk to the lift. Awesome place if you like skiing. Owner was great, communication was immediate. A little heavy on the snow, LOL. Absolutely great!

Great Fam Ski Vac

Such a GREAT place! Clean & convenient, everything you need for a home away from home for a relaxing vacation. Lots of little touches that made it very welcoming and homey. We came to Ski, so the wood f/p & jacuzzi/sauna on site were great bonuses for a winter vacation. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, and loved eating in with family (but kitchen stove & oven need some work). Great location, but a bit further from lift than expected, not a ski in/out. Overall, LOVELY place, we can't wait to come back!! THANK YOU!

Needed Getaway

Great space for couples, one minute drive to the ski slopes, really enjoyed the oversized hot tubs. Will definitely come back next year!

Just OK...

Found it to be difficult locating the property in the dark... Called the PM and never heard anything back from them. For the price point, the property is missing some of the basics (e.g. no cooking oil). There's a fair amount of noise (e.g. parking garage directly below, neighbors upstairs, and a dishwasher that sounds like it's going to blow up). The Internet speeds are lousy, especially during the evening. Cell phone reception is poor. On the plus side, the location is close to the bus stop and Eagle Lodge base area of Mammoth.

Fantastic condo!!!

My husband, son and I got away for the weekend in Mammoth to enjoy the outdoors. This condo was perfectly situated to get to the lakes in the blink of an eye, while enjoying the festivities in town. Easy to get to! The owners were fabulous to work with! I felt at home staying there - everything was so clean and comfortable!! We will definitely rent here again.

Perfect for ski weekend with the kids

Came up from LA for two days of skiing with my kids, 14 and 11. Plenty of space for the three of us. Memory foam mattress topper was a nice addition for the sofa sleeper. Kitchen had everything we needed. I will definitely use this property again.

Excellent Location, Clean and Wonderful

Highly recommend! Excellent for skiing at Eagle Lodge. Parking lot was full a few times at lodge so we really appreciated the quick 10 minute walk from the unit, when we had to make it. Unit is clean, comfortably furnished, uncluttered and nice artwork on walls. Kitchen is small but functional. Heating worked great! Nice underground parking so your car won't get snowed in. Access to the 2 jacuzzis is wonderful after a day of skiing. Less than 10 minute drive to Vons was very convenient (including restaurants there). Great for a couple, or a family with 1 or 2 young children who can sleep in living area. Unit was fairly priced.

Great condo, great location!

We’re so glad we chose this condo for our vacation. The location was convenient and easy to walk to Eagle Lodge to start out skiing day. The condo felt spacious for our family of 4. The furnishings were very comfortable for relaxing each evening. We definitely recommend this condo and we intend to stay here again!

convenient location

Condo is pretty close to Eagle lodge and easily walkable (5 minutes) if you are not carrying lots of gear with you. If you do have lots of gear, you might want to drive your stuff up first, then park the car back at the condo and walk back. Condo also has all the amenities you need if you like to cook.

Great condo

This is a great place for our family to stay. We really enjoyed the condo and it's location. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. The condo was updated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a nice assortment of dishware. The hottub was nice and relaxing in the evening. We also really enjoyed the expansive views from the family room. The underground parking with assigned spaces also made it nice to come and go throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Best stay ever!

We absolutely love this condo. It is clean, warm and cozy! We highly recommend it. The location is great- an easy walk to Eagle Lodge and super close to town for dining out. It is located in a peaceful area. The view from the family room is trees and an expansive golf course. It’s very relaxing. The condo is fully equipped and has many convenient amenities which made our stay extra nice!
