Great views from balcony. Cozy condo good for 2 people. Nice amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with no road noise. No a/c but did have a couple fans. Wonderful time hiking and fishing. Good and clear host communications.

Everthing was great. The host communicated well, and the condo is located in an area that is centrally located and convenient for summertime activities. It has a beautiful view. The apartment did get pretty hot and there were only fans available to cool it down, a little window AC unit could cool that place down nicely.

Condo is situated near the Eagle lodge with great views, a secure garage and a calm quiet atmosphere. My wife and I had a wonderful time and plan to book again.

It was a nice place in a good location. We took an Uber into town most of the time by choice, I wish the lighting in the bathroom was better. It was super dark and the place had no air conditioning. Even with the fans blowing and the windows open off and on, we were burning up.

This property is adequate - nothing special really but it was clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The unit faces east so during the peak of summer it became very hot and the unit doesn’t have a/c. The complex has outdoor seating so at least that was helpful since it wouldn’t be possible to stay inside to work during the day. The owner expected more communication than normal to book and check out.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condo. It was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the condo were amazing. Great light in the unit throughout the day. Super convenient ski in/out to chair 15. The host, Randy, made the booking, stay, and checkout process very easy. He was very responsive to any questions.

The view was beautiful and it was so nice to have the balcony! Randy was super communicative and the check in and parking was detailed and easy to figure out. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have the full kitchen to cook our breakfasts before heading out to venture. Even if you don't ski Mammoth was lovely and we were close to town but not too close- still woodsy-- and close to our trip to June lake and even Yosemite too! We occasionally heard noise from the nearby stairs and door, or if we left the window open we were above the main entrance turnabout and could hear people talking below. But it was minimal and we had a really cozy time.

The Host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly. The Condo was very well stocked. Not a detail was missed. The view is incredible and the ski in ski out access is very nice. The entire complex is clean, and neat, including the underground parking complex, and the ski lockers. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The mountain views were beautiful and the place was quiet, comfortable and very cozy. Kitchen has all the amenities, bed was very comfortable, check and check out was easy and communication with Randy was great. Would stay here again.

Great location

This location is perfect… close to ski slopes , restaurants and grocery stores.The condo is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need to cook with.. I really enjoyed my stay.

First off the unit is very clean and communication with host was clear but …the unit is VERY dated like 2000 when the condo complex was first built. The carpet looks likes it’s coming up at the seams in certain areas thru the unit and the wooden counter tops again screams built 26 years ago!! Unit claims to have air-conditioning however it is a evaporation water system cooler that apparently isn’t working because the note on the unit says only use it in fan mode. The unit stays very warm even when outside evening temperatures drop into the 50’s and only airflow you get is when the wind blows directly east to west and thru the unit which was not the case for my stay. Perhaps 2 well place ceiling fans (1) in the bedroom and (1)in living room area would help. Unit only provided 4 bath towels for the unit, so use sparingly when using the super chlorinated pool and jacuzzi or trying to shower.

I wanted to clarify for you and anyone else that the listing for this property does NOT advertise any air conditioning and that the information provided to VRBO specifically indicates there is none, though we do provide portable fans and will remove or replace the one that you indicated is broken. I take care to be sure that the listing description and photos accurately represent what guests will experience, and I wanted to share that most of the decor aside from the flooring and counters has been updated in recent years, to improve the furnishings, kitchen appliances, lighting, artwork, and more. Our guests generally agree that the home meets or exceeds their expectations, so I am sorry if you were disappointed with anything but appreciate your feedback and encourage communication about any concerns or requests during the stay, to ensure a great vacation experience,
