Syringa House is set up for the way families actually vacation — two separate living areas so the kids can have movie night while the adults decompress, smart TVs in all bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen for the nights you'd rather not deal with dining out, and a private front deck with seating and a BBQ for lingering over dinner while enjoying the mild weather.

The layout gives everyone room to breathe without losing the togetherness that makes a trip worth taking.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Twin trundle (2 twin beds)

Place was great. It was very clean, spacious, great location to the cute little town, about a 10-15 walk. I highly recommend to stay here if you visiting McCall Idaho. It is quite a trek from Boise Airport to McCall, about 2 1/2 hours but worth the trip. The host was great with quick replies to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!!

Lots of space. Super clean. Very well stocked with necessities - kitchen, bath, etc. If you have dogs, two trail heads within a 1/4 mile. That was fantastic. Close to down town. Quiet neighborhood. Don't let the exterior fool you, the deck was comfortable and the inside was very nice! Would stay there again.

Absolutely loved the inside of this house! Beautiful! We especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the FLOOR WARMERS in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the 2 living rooms gave us lots of space. We also enjoyed watching all of the deer roaming the neighborhood. Great stay!

Family time in McCall

We enjoyed our stay in McCall. The house was perfect for our family if 7 plus a dog. Kitchen had everything we needed and bedrooms and bathrooms were great for all of us.

Great layout, close to town. We visited in winter, with all the snow felt very secluded in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, well maintained. Would absolutely rent again!

Great spot, close to downtown McCall!

We came for a family spring break ski trip, two adults and 3 adult-ish children. There was plenty space, a well -stocked kitchen, room for everyone! Several TVs, so no one had to argue over what to watch.Best of all, it was walking distance to downtown McCall, and an easy drive to both Brundage and Tamarack.

Fantastic Stay

This house was exactly as listed. So functional for our group. Nice layout, clean, two family rooms which was fantastic. 2 blocks from downtown. Would definitely recommend grabbing this house if available.

Great property

We stayed at this lovely home over a long weekend. It's set up very user friendly with everything you could ask for! Easily accommodated our group of 5. Nice, quiet, and easily accessible home. Would return and would recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great place to stay in McCall

The rental was perfect for our needs and allowed our family a very comfortable stay. House is updated and our older guests appreciated having a bedroom available on the first floor with its own bathroom. The property has been updated and felt very clean and welcoming. Location was great and within walking distance to town. We also appreciated the host’s fast replies when we were having trouble with the heating during our first night. Would highly recommend staying and hope to stay here in the future.

McCall snowmobiling 2023

Excellent, clean, and plenty of space for a group to not feel cramped. Ample parking for truck and trailer but you may have to unhook depending on trailer length. Host was quickly responsive to all questions.

Summer Vacation

The inside of the property is gorgeous, and the location is close to town. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bowl of snacks was a great touch. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed our stay. The deck and BBQ was nice when it was not raining. Plenty of room for my adult family of 6. Be aware the top bunk is only for a small child.

Super comfy house close to town and good for gatherings

We met several friends from all over for a week in McCall with our pups and used this as our basecamp. The house is well outfitted and comfortable - everything inside was in good condition. The outside is a little rough around the edges but the neighborhood was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a comfortable place to hang out with friends and go on adventures in the McCall area. The outside was not that useful due to the number of mosquitos and somewhat dated furniture with no place to dine but that was the only drawback. Town and the lake are very close by...

Great house

This house is great, it's very roomy and I love the layout, the master bedroom is off by itself on one end of the house. The toys in the kids room were a great touch too. The kitchen is big and easy to navigate, and it's very well stocked with seasonings and some basic pantry stuff like pancake mix, flour and sugar. There are 2 toasters and plenty of seating for a bigger group. My only complaint would be the old and rather worn out pans, we have a big family and I had to use 2 pans to cook for everyone because none of the pans at the house are big enough. But the heated floor in the master bathroom was amazing and the master bed is adjustable and very very comfortable. We had a great time at this house, and we will probably come back next year!

We had a great time for our 2nd summer trip to McCall. The house was located in great spot for getting around. We were able to walk right down the road to dinner and breakfast! We had a great time playing the Wii as it has been years since any of us had touched one. We all said we were getting our old ones out and dusting them off!

Price was reasonable for what we got though the property was not as well maintained as shown in photos. The exterior is no longer in as good condition with significant paint peeling, trim falling off, and patio furniture coming apart at the seams. Light/fan in one of the bedrooms didn't work and host didn't get back to us until our last day and would have needed us there on the property to meet someone to have it fixed instead of enjoying our vacation plans during the day. The property was not well cleaned as everything needed swept and the drawers were full of crumbs. The wifi also did not support five people using it at the same time to play family games.

This is a 4 bedroom house that will accommodate a maximum of 7 adults, however can accommodate up to 8 people with 1 being small child if you are at maximum capacity. The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 4:Twin trundle bed. This has a twin bed on top and a twin pull out trundle below. It ca accommodate 2 people.
