Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's with amazing views of the square and Court House. It is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.

The Loft is up a flight of stairs but it's work the walk up to experience the character and original historic elements for of this amazing space.

Home away from home

Special getaway spot

Really memorable place, super charming and cozy. The huge front windows are so great to look out of. Well stocked and easy to use kitchen. The working record player was such a great touch! The host was great at communicating and very helpful.

Exceeded Expectations

The pictures, as good as they are, dont convey have lovely and comfortable this apartment is or how charming the city of Huntindon is. We loved our stay.

4th of July Getaway

My fiancé, and I had an awesome stay here! The apartment was super easy to find, very clean, and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend staying here! 10/10. Also, we had a perfect view of the fireworks from the windows!

Magical time

A trip "home" is always a special time for most of us. The Loft provided us a place to stay that met all our needs. We no longer have family in this location, but still love to come back for a few days now and then. Next time, The Loft will again be our go-to new "home" when we visit. Thanks, Dixie for creating such a wonderful place!

A modern step back in time.

This is quintessential small town USA with a new age feel. The finishes were well thought out and furnishings were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this loft if you are coming to the area. I geek out over lofts and this was no exception.

In town to visit family and this place was perfect. Great layout of everything you need. Beautifully decorated throughout. A very comfortable place. I will be back for sure!

Loft 163

This was an exceptional property. The design and decor were spot on. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance of theatre, restaurants and shops. Very quaint town square. Loved having a bath and a half. Our only issue was the very soft mattress in the bedroom. It just really didn’t work for us.
