Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, consists of a living space of 25sq. m and includes:
-a spacious living area with comfortable sofa-bed
-a bathroom with shower
-a well-equipped open kitchen
-household products, hairdryer, ironing equipment
-Our apartment doesn’t provide a private parking spot, but the private parking of the city will be at your disposal

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

The appartment is ideally located in the 15th district of Paris, a residential area, known for its calm and its convenience stores. In the south-east of Paris, this localisation is perfect to get to the center of the city, or in some appreciated museums : The Palais de Chaillot, the Invalides, the Catacombs, the Palais de Tokyo…
