Beautifully designed 2 bedroom home nestled between towering Pine trees. With 2 fire pits-1 with bbq located next to it(wood and propane provided) Deck kitchen overlooking yard with dining +another bbq! 2bedrooms on opposite ends of house joined by kitchen and living room. Located on dead end street. Take a peaceful walk uninterrupted-still only 3 miles from route 17-RWCatskills-Kartrite-YO1-Holiday Mountain SKI

Would definitely recommend

We were very happy with this rental. It was so easy to check in, the way that Aimee decorated it was so practical, easy to clean, simple and comfortable. I can't say enough about how comfortable this home was.

Monticello Stay

Secluded, quiet property that was in meticulous condition. Aimee, the property manager, was helpful and delightful as a host. I would not hesitate to stay at any of Aimee's (& Aaron) properties. I cannot commend them enough.

Getaway

Perfect getaway! This home is beautiful and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and had everything you could need. The property was beautiful as well, as we got to see wild turkeys and lots of deer as we sat out on the back deck. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Woodstock trip

What a wonderful place to stay, immaculate and peaceful. Aimee was just a wonderful host, and we would definitely love to come back! We had probably been there for less than an hour and while relaxing on the deck we saw a bear passing by! We were thrilled. Thank you again!

Great House in the Middle of Nature

The owner was very nice and accommodating. We brought 2 small dogs and the place worked out perfectly for them - gate at the top of the stairs, plenty of land to run around, hardwood floors, etc. There were a lot of rules but most were easy to follow - especially the no shoes in the house since you have to take the stairs to get any further. The area seems very secluded but there are neighbors, just at somewhat of a distance. There weren't really any street lights so I wouldn't recommend driving at night (deer are beautiful but everywhere). There was a leak under the kitchen sink but the owner didn't seem overly disturbed by it. I assume they will have fixed it after we left. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The house is very nice inside and the owner thought of just about everything.

Catskill Mountain Retreat

The property was very well maintained and the interior design was well done. Toiletries were provided along with lots of extras throughout like coffee, snacks, robes, etc. Great for two couples or a family of four. There is a fire-pit area with chairs and pre-loaded with wood. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to enjoy the property much. We used is for a concert at Bethel Woods.

Catskills property

Cat skills property We had an excellent experience with this beautiful property. We were so happy to have the opportunity to stay there and would return again. The Decour is beautiful, the location was great, it had everything that we needed. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was responsive.

Super nice

I had everything I needed, shampoo , soap, towels etc. super clean house. Lovely environment. Easy access. Very close to the highway. I highly recommend will definitely book again

Amazing Rental

This is a great property, it was perfect for our needs and Aimee was a great host. It's a little out of the way but perfect if you want a peaceful retreat.

Way Beyond Expectations!

Flawless execution of an inviting, and warm home away from home. Such a great stay that I'm already looking for another area event to return here. I don't have one suggestion of improvement. Host Aimee is extraordinary!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had done a lot of searching and research before deciding on Aimee’s property - and it turned out to be so much more perfect than we had expected! Everything was so well suited for a relaxing time in nature and to say that the home was filled with everything you could possibly need is an understatement!! I could go on and on but perhaps the biggest endorsement is that we immediately booked a return trip the following month. Absolutely ideal for spending time at home, grilling, hiking, visiting farms and lakes nearby. A true gem!

Very nice home. well stocked.

You failed to mention that you have to climb 17 stairs to get to the living area and that you were not permitted to wear shoes in the house. We enjoyed the stay and will probably rent it again next year.
