The Studio "Mancinu Plage" is located in the heart of the city, in a luxury residence with direct access to Mancinu beach on level -1 of the building!
Area of 20 m², air-conditioned, with all the comforts for a beautiful sunny holiday with a small child (in an umbrella bed) and 1 small animal is welcome!
Equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, oven / microwave oven, dishwasher, SENSEO, kettle and toaster.
In the living room, a good quality convertible with ideal dimensions of 160 by 190 cm, space for the cot provided. Tv, WIFI, tourist guide, storage.
A beautiful 8m² terrace with garden furniture for 4 people awaits you with the motorized awning.
Shower room with WC and vanity unit, towel dryer and washing machine.
Other equipment: hair dryer, clothes horse,
BABY KIT ON REQUEST: child seat booster, baby swim ring, travel cot and mattress, bed linen.
An autonomous arrival thanks to the electronic key box (late arrival) the code will be given to you the day of your arrival by telephone. The deposit will be given to the reception hosts the next day, appointment to be agreed.
Immediate neighborhood:
* At level -1, access to the beach and sports and fun activities: "Propriano Plongée" club, Segway rental, on the sand, the nautical base for renting jetski, kayak, etc.
* Next to the residence, free parking (in Propriano, all the parking lots are free except that of the marina), a bakery / snack with crazy charm with its neat "lounge" corner, mechanic, the "rue du 9 Septembre" and the "avenue Napoléon" where you will find all shops and services!
