Our host, Ken was so accommodating, always quick to answer a text. For a beach day, I asked if he had an umbrella and a couple of chairs. He went above and beyond what I asked for. Towels, beach mat, umbrella, toys for my grandson, cooler and so much more! It’s nice that he lives on the property. We stayed for a month. Whole Foods was literally a two minute walk. The house is small, but had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was a requirement for our stay. Will definitely stay there again. The location can’t be beat, especially if you like walking to stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Great Stay, Convenient location.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Everything was comfortable and the location was central to everything. We felt secure as well.

We had a lovely stay at Ken's place. Very clean, funky decor, modern appliances, super comfy beds, fantastic location, kind and attentive host. Would come back every year if I could!

Great Location!

Stayed 3 nights while visiting our daughter at UCLA. Great location. Ken, who lives on site, was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in LA

Really enjoyed this property! The host was amazing and was so communicative and helpful. Additionally the property was great from the spacious accommodations to the beautiful outside area, location, and let’s not forget there is parking!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property is in a great location central to many of the main sites in LA. Owner was great on check in and very helpful. I would recommend highly. Property also has off street parking which is a big plus.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable!

We stayed at Ken’s rental for three nights and LOVED it! It is spotless with wonderful beds and a great location. Very safe, walkable neighborhood. Ken was readily available and provided good information about restaurants and places to go.

Terrific stay!

My husband, our 20-something son and I had a wonderful stay. The house was just as shown in pictures. Ken was helpful, flexible and very nice. I highly recommend this property.

Just Perfect!

Had a wonderful stay! The host thought of everything we could possibly need and was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. House was clean and perfect for us. Great location— could walk to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

A great stay!

Ken is a great host. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location, particularly if you'll be going to different parts of Los Angeles and you'd like a central location. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Suoer concenient check in process and Ken was extremely accomodating and responsive. Great location in West Hollywood near a whole foods. Would reccomend this listing 10 times out of 10!

Great location, very clean and comfortable

The house is super clean and well stocked with nice touches. It was perfect for our family of three. Off street parking for one car. The owner gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.

Great Host and Property!

Ken was great! He communicated with us ahead of time, greeted us upon arrival and even gave us some champagne and party hats for New Years! Would come back again any time!

Perfect house in a perfect location.

Bottom line, we would gladly stay here again. Off street parking, walking distance to very good restaurants and next door to a grocery store all helped make it a perfect place for us. The fresh fruit from the property they provided and snack bowl were big pluses. We would recommend it to friends.

Perfect Location - Clean Property

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean!! The location was perfect and close to all of the sites that we wanted to visit in LA. Ken was a great host and my only regret was that we didn't get to spend more time chatting with him.

Quick layover before Disneyland

Ken was very helpful and greeted us warmly. He gave us local knowledge and waited for us after our delayed flight from Sydney, Australia. We would recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean, with a great location

This place was perfect for us. There were two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, both with a private bathroom, which gave our group extra privacy. The place was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Also, the host was kind and thoughtful. We would gladly stay again in the future!
