This 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom (6 full, 1 half baths) luxury home has plenty of room for the whole group with 4 king ensuite bedrooms and a queen bunk room with attached bathroom. All bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy, and rich wood, leather, and granite accents throughout the home add to the luxurious atmosphere. The great room layout is ideal for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze, while a fully stocked game room upstairs features entertainment for all ages. Take in views of beautiful Mt Bachelor from both King Ensuites and the hot tub area.

The living room features dual flat screen TVs, a wrap around leather sectional, and a gas fireplace to stay cozy on those cool Sunriver nights. The house is fitted with 65”-75” 4k TVs in each bedroom, there is a TV in the kitchen as well as the patio area, so that you never have to miss a moment of the game. The dining area has seating for 14 at the table and a sidebar convenient for large gatherings and buffet style service, fitted with 2 small fridges. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, ample fridge space, a gas stove, Keurig, and 3 dishwashers. Off the kitchen is a play nook, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while preparing a meal. This provides a pack-n-play and high chair for those travelling with small children.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The King ensuite features a gas fireplace, access to back patio and hot tub, large walk in closet, and tub. The Queen bunk room features 4 built in Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, leather sofa, and large flat screen TV. The third bedroom downstairs is a King ensuite with access to the back patio and outdoor kitchen.

The outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling and summer time entertaining, with adjacent seating area equipped with a flat screen TV. Around the back of the home is another seating area with firepit and an adjacent hot tub with built in Bluetooth speakers.

The office space downstairs is perfect for work on the go with multiple screens set up for docking. The adjacent laundry room with double washer/dryer set up leads out to the garage, where you will find ample bikes and a ping pong table.

Upstairs there are 2 more King ensuite bedrooms, a loft with 2 daybeds, and a game room. The upstairs King ensuite has a balcony with a view of Mt Bachelor and a gas fireplace.

The game room has a full sized pool table, a wet bar with dishwasher, fridge, and ice maker, and a wall mounted magnetic scrabble board. Off the game room there is a full bathroom as well as a theater room with 110” projection screen. You’ll find 5 XBoxes throughout the home.

This home is well equipped with ceiling fans throughout and convenient touches like USB plugins and outlets built into the nightstands.

This home includes 7 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.
