Imagine beginning your vacation when our private JUTA driver picks you up at the airport and delivers you in style to this perfect retreat condo. This luxurious property offers relaxation and comfort with access to Little Bay (a private secluded bay only accessible from our community) .The beach and infinity pool are both just a short walk through this beautifully landscaped community that is gated and secure. This unit offers an extra thick queen size mattress on the bed with built in storage and a garden view. Newly Modern gourmet style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and cookware. A large tiled shower with rainfall shower head and a large window overlooking garden. WIFI, Flat screen TV , sofa sleeping couch and a variety of water sport equipment. House keeper, massage therapist and private JUTA driver/ ( fees apply) tour director available (snorkel gear, pool floats). Mini mart is on site next to infinity pool.

An affordable clean place in a secure gated community with good air conditioning, hot water, and strong water pressure. The garden area is beautiful, and the beach and pool are a short walk. A great place for this price range.

Enjoyable Condo

Dawn’s Studio Condo was perfect. Everything was just as pictured except there was no tub to have a nice soak. The internet was awful but thats not Dawn’s fault. I was able to contact Nei if there were any problems. I would definitely stay here again and will tell family and friends.

Quick Getaway

This is my second stay at Dawns Property. I like the new addition to the back deck. A fence and flora will be excellent addition. During this stay I was not in the best of health and I had my friends come to take care of me and even though I had to contact Dawn to alert security for admittance it was appreciated that Dawn was so accessible to handle any and all calls. My hip was giving me trouble and Dawn sent a mattress topper and it was greatly helpful. Dawn it was a pleasure staying in your Condo.

Personal Get-Away

Have rented this unit before, had a great stay with no problems. Our favorite place to satay in Negril is Little Bay Country Club, great grounds, private beach and pool.

Great quiet vacation rental!

We enjoyed the quiet location of this property! Near alot of restaurants and action but not part of all the busy resorts nearby! Sweet secluded beach area in the gated community.

Little Bay get away

Clean unit, with great host communication, comfortable bed, kitchen, laundry, nice shower, etc.. Perfect stay for 2 people.

My name is Dawn, my husband David and I were married in Jamaica in 2011. Many visits to local resorts later we decided we wanted to get off the resorts and explore the county meeting many friends along the way. Over the years we saw the development of Little Bay Country Club, we loved the location and sheer beauty of the development so we spoke with a local friend of ours who introduced us to the right people and we reached our goal and bought our own home. We kept our studio to ourselves for the first year and are now sharing it with the world as a vacation rental after buying a second unit.

this property offers the beautiful and secluded Little Bay. Little Bay is away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bloody Bay and & 7 mile beach keeping it very private, clean and safe. The Bay is located in a fish sanctuary which means you can not access the beach by motorized boat making this the ideal place for swimming, snorkeling and even scuba diving from shore. The infinity pool overlooking the bay is and is a great place to hang out and meet new friends. The pool,the beach and the grounds meticulously cared for by the maintenance crews. Staff and security guards are all very friendly and it is easy to strike up a conversation or get advice on local restaurants, bars and tours.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Privacy is the best way to describe this property. My husband and I have been on the beach many times alone or with only 1 or two other couples or families. We often sit outside under the shelter of the car port in the evenings listening to the chirping frogs and gazing at the stars.
